Introduction We believe that with the new Contact At Once! identity system, we have defined an ideal branding to fly with far into the future. This document provides the basic guidelines for proper use of the Contact At Once! branding. It demonstrates how to understand the most ideal ways to help Contact At Once! continually look its very best. This Guidebook is purposely simple. Simplicity should make it easy to understand, easy to follow. Welcome to the Contact At Once! identity system. The company appreciates your interest and encourages your study of these guidelines. Brand Strategy Our branding strategy is a fundamental part of our overall marketing strategy. It is how we grab and hold attention on the Contact At Once! brand. In the increasingly diverse and stratified environments in which we market both in physical and virtual spaces, having a strong brand and implementing it well are vital to growth.

Logo This new Contact At Once! logo consists of the familiarly linked boomerang design and words, but in an exciting new way. The new styling, with its chrome-like finish, gives weight to the thorough professionalism of the unique combination of Contact At Once! software environments and the human services backing them up. For all its weight, it takes all our professionalism and flies high, and across all vertical segments that the company will be operating in as we expand well into the future.

Logo The Contact At Once! logo is our trademark and is therefore the epicenter of our our outward marketing appearance to the world; our look and feel. It should be treated with your utmost care, and that’s simple to do. LOGO EXCLUSION ZONE: The minimum distance that adjacent material may be placed next to the logo is called the Logo Exclusion Zone. For the Contact At Once! logo, this area is equal to no less than the combined height of the Contact At Once! words. ACTUAL EXAMPLE IN USE: Imagine that the dashed line box below is the available live area near the Contact At Once! logo. Simply measure the distance between the top of cap C in Contact and the bottom of cap A in At and apply as your minimum distance all around. Remember, you can add more distance all around. But not less than this proportional distance.
You can add more distance on some sides or all sides should you need to. But please don’t encroach inside this Logo Exclusion Zone.

Logo sizing The Contact At Once! logo has a primary proportional configuration for all sizes and resolutions, except very tiny sizes and low resolution / tiny size combinations. USING THE PRIMARY LOGO CONFIGURATION: Study the Primary Logo and Secondary Logo configurations. In the Secondary, the Contact At Once! type (phrase) is slightly larger, This is to keep the small open areas in letters like a and e from filling in. But the Secondary version is not appropriate for normal sized and larger uses. Please follow the guidelines below.
RIGHT: The Primary logo should be used in sizes down to no lower than 1" tall overall. (The size of the logo in the upper left corner of this page.)
PRIMARY LOGO: No smaller than 1" tall overall.
ABOVE: HIGH RESOLUTION EXAMPLE FOR PRINT OR VERY LARGE WEB OR BROADCAST USE. BELOW: LOW RESOLUTION 72 PPI JPG EXAMPLES RIGHT: The Primary Logo below 1" tall. FAR RIGHT: The Secondary Logo version is far more legible below 1" tall.

Logo: Color and Grayscale Versions The Contact At Once! logo is available in both a color version and a grayscale version. The color version (as seen on the front cover of this Guide) is intended for high quality printing and very large web and broadcast use. The grayscale version is for medium to low quality or coarse screen printed environments. Select the version by use.
COLOR VERSION: FOR HIGH QUALITY, LARGE SIZE USE: The color version is intended for high quality printing and very large web and broadcast use.
GRAYSCALE VERSION: FOR LOWER QUALITY, SMALL SIZE, COARSE REPRO: The grayscale version is intended for medium to low quality or coarse screen printed environments.
