Think Ahead is a two-year fast-track scheme for exceptional graduates and careerchangers to become mental health social workers. One in four people in England now experience mental health problems. Think Ahead’s participants will become leaders in mental health care, making a difference to people’s lives and developing new ways for mental health services to work better. The Think Ahead programme focuses on frontline experience in a variety of multidisciplinary teams.
