Application procedure (Online or different, namely…)
Using the “Application Form for Erasmus/Non-Erasmus Student” which can be found on www.uib.anadolu.edu.tr web pages under “Documents”. The Learning Agreement, Transcript of Records, Intention Letter, CV and insurance document have to be prepared as well. Please prepare them on computer and send by surface mail until 4th of July.

Sharing a house with the Turkish students In Registration Week Information on residence permit
We arrange a flat with Turkish students for our incoming students as a permanent place. If they do not want to stay in a flat, finding a place in an apart is another choice but this time incoming students have to arrange it by themselves. Staying at the state dormitory located in Anadolu University is not possible for exchange students because of the governmental regulations. 150 - 200 € per month including rent, electricity, water, heating, internet in a furnished house. Insurance

We do not require any special insurance other than students have. We have our own hospital (Mavi Hastane) in the campus where all incoming students can get all kind of polyclinic services free of charge. On the other hands, students have to have at least a health insurance before coming, just in case of a need an operation or staying in hospital. Please visit www.uib.anadolu.edu.tr → Mobility → Erasmus → Incoming Students in order to find all the necessary procedures that students should follow before and after arrival. It is crucial that each exchange student should inform the buddies and flat mates about her/his exact arrival date to Eskişehir before coming to Turkey. As long as the students inform their buddy student about their exact arrival date and time to come to Đstanbul or Ankara, we either give them advice about transportation to Eskişehir or buddy student can pick them up from the train station or bus station in Eskişehir and there is no cost for that. Between 75-150 Euro/month depending on their way of life (eating out or cooking at home!)
Transportation Not more than 30 Euros depending on location where they live. Pls. keep in mind that most of the places are within the walking distance in Eskisehir. (monthly)

Course Information Selecting Courses
ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)
There is no restriction about selecting courses for Incoming Students. They can choose any courses from any faculties as long as the courses are not overlapping! The credit accumulation system is ECTS in Anadolu University. Normal course load in our university is 30 ECTS per semester.
