BEER GROUP Anadolu Efes maintains its activities in alcoholic beverages market with 15 breweries and 6 malt production facilities in 6 countries (Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) and offers more than 100 domestic and foreign beers to consumers. The company is the first and only signatory company of “UN Global Compact CEO Water Mandate Initiatives” in Turkey and is included in “Dow Jones Sustainability Index”. Anadolu Efes is included in Borsa Istanbul Sustainability Index between November 2015 and October 2016.

SOFT DRINKS GROUP Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) operates in non-alcoholic beverages market with 23 production plants in 10 countries (Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Iraq, Jordan and Syria). MİGROS GROUP Migros Ticaret A.Ş. was founded in 1954 and has always been a pioneer in Turkish retail sector with its avant-garde identity for 62 years. Migros is operating with 21,762 employees. Migros is reaching new customers by opening 257 new stores in 2015 and growing along with Online and Mobile Shopping under the name of Sanal Market. By the end of December 2015, Migros owns 1,363 stores in 71 cities of Turkey; this number reaches 1,410 in total with the stores in Kazakhstan and Macedonia. Migros, appealing to both the mind and the heart of 1,750,000 different customers visiting its stores each day, makes a difference in the sector by offering fresh products, decent price and service, wide range of varieties and thus a complete shopping experience. AUTOMOTIVE GROUP The Automotive Group cooperates with the following brands from the world’s leading organizations; ISUZU for commercial vehicles, KIA for personal automobiles, ANTOR and LOMBARDINI for industrial engines, HONDA for power products, ANTRAC for hoeing machines, LS, LANDINI and SOLIS for tractors, GALLIGNANI for agricultural machinery, HONDA MARINE for maritime sector. Started with the production of light trucks in the 1960s, the automotive group continues to operate as one of the leading companies in the automotive sector. Anadolu Group manufactures and distributes commercial vehicles such as light trucks, vans, buses and pickup trucks with Anadolu Isuzu, which is open to public, in partnership with Isuzu Motors Limited and Itochu. Çelik Motor, being one of the well-established companies of Anadolu Group, is the most well-established company operating in the automotive sector in Turkey with its experience more than 55 years. Çelik Motor acquired the distribution rights of KIA in Turkey in 2001 and started to use its experience and knowledge gained over many years for KIA. KIA has become an important player in the Turkish automotive sector with its widespread service and sales network. Çelik Motor has improved on the perception and the image of KIA with the new design approach implemented by the brand. Total market shares of KIA including commercial and personal automobiles in 2015 reached 1.9%.

Garenta bringing a different approach to rent-a-car sector since its first short-term car rental contracts in 2014 and Çelik Motor Filo operating under Çelik Motor’s framework in the long-term rent-a-car projects for 10 years joined forces under the umbrella brand of GARENTA in 2016. Garenta increasing its operational long-term renting fleet by 21,778, which represents an increase of 15,9%, by the end of 2015 was positioned in the top 3 of the sector. In respect to short-term rental activities, Garenta reached an average of approximately 4,000-unit car pool in 2015. The number of vehicles used for renting was 26,514 units by the end of 2015. Ikinciyeni.com, which is the online platform of Garenta selling the short-term and long-term rented cars by auction, was one of the leading companies in the e-commerce of automobiles by selling approximately 12,000 cars in 2015. Anadolu Motor continues the production with its own brand ANTOR and exports its engines to about 40 countries including Italy. Apart from that, lawn mowers, shredders, diesel engines, diesel and gasoline generators and hoeing machines are manufactured.

RETAIL GROUP Anadolu Group manages its operations in the sectors of stationery, fast food restaurant, oil and tourism under the Retail Group companies. Adel Kalemcilik, which started its operations in 1969 with the opening of the plant in Istanbul Kartal, now has become a tradition and a widely known brand. Adel reinforced its cooperation in 1995 through partnership with Faber-Castell, which is the oldest company manufacturing writing instruments. Adel is the largest stationery manufacturer in Turkey and nearby geography in terms of production quantity and product range, except for paper products. Adel produces 13% of Europe’s tree membrane pencils. Anadolu Group has been operating as the licensee of McDonald’s in Turkey, one of the 10 most valuable brands in the world, since 2005. With its more than 5,000 employees and nearly 260 restaurants, McDonald’s served approximately 100 million customers in 2015. As Turkish suppliers providing almost all items to McDonald’s, McDonald’s creates benefit for our country in terms of workforce and market.

Ana Gıda maintains its operations with strong brands such as Komili (1878) being one of the well-established brands of Turkey, Sezai Ömer Madra (1914) and Kırlangıç. Ana Gıda makes efforts in order to increase the olive oil consumption and raise the awareness of consumers as well as producers so that the oil culture prevails in Turkey, which is an olive oil country. Ana Gıda taking responsibility to present Turkish olive oil to the world in the best possible way continues to sell olive oil to the Far East and Middle East countries as well as to the European Union countries. As for Efestur, operating as Group A travel agency and a member of IATA since its foundation in 1984, continues to provide travel and event management services to corporate customers with its big customer portfolio, which includes small and medium sized enterprises as well as multinational corporations. Efestur works in harmony with each department regarding domestic or international plane tickets, visa applications, domestic or international hotel reservations and corporate events.

FINANCE GROUP Anadolu Group operates in the finance sector with ABank, AYatırım and ALease. ABank was founded in 1992 and was acquired by Anadolu Group in 1996. That date onwards, it has become more successful with its customer focused and dynamic approach, professional human resource, latest technology and its service quality, thanks to the support provided by the group. The majority shares of ABank were sold in 2013 to the “Commercial Bank of Qatar”, being the biggest private bank in Qatar. It continues to grow with its “Happy Banking” approach.

AYatırım founded in 1997 as subsidiary of ABank fulfills the customers’ needs through intermediary services in capital markets as well as successful investment consultancy and portfolio management services both for corporate and personal customers. ALease, which was also founded in the same year, offers high quality financial leasing services to its customers. With special promotions organized via vendor companies, outstanding services provided by its export team and financing opportunities offered to the customers, ALease reaches out to an exclusive group of customers.

ENERGY GROUP Energy group manages the activities of Anadolu Group in the energy sector. Energy group started to operate in 2005 with its mission to make the energy sector one of the main sectors of Anadolu Group by establishing sustainable energy portfolio and creating benefit by respecting environment and people. Accordingly, energy group aims to establish competitive and balanced portfolio and to be the leading reliable group acting proactively and dynamically. As the first investment in the energy sector, the Aslancık Dam Hydroelectric Power Plant with 120 MW installed capacity was undertaken jointly with Doğan Group and Doğuş Group. It became operational in March 2014 after 4 years of construction period.

The Paravani Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant in Georgia is the first case where Turkish demand is met through natural resources of a neighboring country. 6

The construction of Paravani Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant in Georgia started in 2010, and it became operational in September 2014 with 90 MW installed capacity. This is the first ever investment in the history of Turkish Republic that is using the natural resources of a neighboring country to fulfill the energy demand in Turkey. AES Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış company (Electricity wholesale company) sells the electricity generated within the Energy group companies, and also manages the wholesale of electric energy and/or its capacity, direct sales to independent consumers and import/export activities. Energy Group is going to continue to develop renewable power plants with base load projects in Turkey and in international markets by respecting environment and people as a principle.

Anadolu Vakfı aims to be a social value and donation platform which the society continuously supports. The foundation adopts the investment in people as a principle and embraces common sense. Anadolu Efes Sports Club Anadolu Efes Sports Club was founded in 1976 as Efes Pilsen Sports Club under the presidency of Tuncay Özilhan. Anadolu Efes Sports Club has broken ground with its historical successes for Turkish basketball. Besides, it played an important role for basketball to reach the masses and become more popular. It provided so much excitement and joy to Turkish people with its success and became the first Turkish team winning a European Cup in professional sports. The team has won 1 Koraç Cup, 13 Turkey League Championships, 10 Turkish Cups and 9 Presidential Cups so far. The club trained many stars from its junior team and was the first Turkish team to send players to NBA. The club continues to train new stars and to make efforts in order to develop Turkish basketball further.
