ARKOGRAF SCHREIBER / STYLO / WRITER Anschluss Schreiber ARKOGRAF und Kontaktplatte an den zwei Steckbuchsen auf der Frontseite des Gerätes anschließen. Die Polarität spielt keine Rolle. Das Werkstück wird auf die Kontaktplatte gelegt oder mit dieser verbunden. Zum Schreiben wird der Schreibstift senkrecht und mit sehr wenig Druck über das Werkstück geführt. Zu starkes Drücken kann zum Kleben des Schreibstiftes oder zur Zerstörung des Schreibers führen. Der sich bildende Lichtbogen an der Stiftspitze schmilzt das Metall an der Werkstückoberfläche örtlich an und erzeugt dadurch eine dauerhafte Markierung. Die Schriftstärke kann am Trafo durch Wahl der entsprechenden Stufe eingestellt werden. Bei gewissen Legierungen kann es notwendig sein, die richtige Stufe durch Versuche zu ermitteln. Einstellen Falls Sie mit dem Schreiber Probleme haben (Kleben, Lärm), kann es sein, dass der Luftspalt zwischen Nadelhalter und dem abge-schrägten Stift vorne nicht mehr stimmt. Dieser sollte ca. 1 – 1.5 mm betragen. Um den Luftspalt neu einzustellen, Griffschraube herausnehmen. Mit einem Inbusschlüssel 1.5 mm kann dann die Einstellschraube mit Vorsicht nachgestellt werden. Beide Schrauben sind gesichert und bieten beim Lösen etwas Widerstand. Bei erneutem Sichern der Schrauben nur wiederlösbare Mittel verwenden! Beim „ARKOGRAF verstärkt“ zum Einstellen den Siegellack auskratzen. Einstellen mit Schraubenzieher.

Par l’arc électrique à la pointe la sur-face du métal fond partiellement et reçoit un marquage durable qui ne peut être enlever que par usinage mécanique. L’épaisseur de l’écriture peut être sélec-tionner au transfo. Sur certains alliages des éssais peuvent donner l’ajustement nécessaire. Ajustage En cas de problème avec l’Arkograf (soudage, bruit), il est possible que l’entrefer entre le support de pointe et la goupille biseautée n’a plus la valeur de 1 – 1.5 mm. Pour le réajuster enlevez la vis de la poignée. Avec un clé mâle six pans de 1.5 mm on peut faire l’ajustage avec précaution. Les deux vis sont bloquées par un moyen d’arrêt et provoque une certaine résistance contre le dévissage. Pour un nouveau blockage des vis utilisez uniquement des moyen qui se laisser démonter! Pour réajuster «l’ARKOGRAF fortifié » il faut enlever le cire à cacheter. Ajus-tage avec un tournevis.

Adjustment If you have problems with the writer (sticking, noise), it might be caused by a too small air gap between needle holder and pin. It should be approx. 1 – 1.5 mm. For adjusting the air gap take off the handle screw. Then by means of a 1.5 mm allen key the adjusting screw can be reset carefully. Both screws are locked and have a certain resistance against loosing. When locking the screws again do only use removable means! For adjusting the “ARKOGRAF reinforced” the sealing wax has to be removed. Adjustment by means of a screw driver.

Schreiber und Kontaktplatte nie direkt in Netzsteckdose (220/230 / 110/115 V) stecken! Zugehörigen Sicherheitstrafo oder Akkumulator von höchstens 8 V als Stromquelle verwenden! Der ARKOTRAFO darf nur an die auf der Rückseite angegebene Netzspannung angeschlossen werden (220/230 oder 110/115 V)! Gerät nur in trockener Umgebung verwenden! Achtung! Die Schreibspitze und der vordere Teil des Schreibers sind nach Gebrauch heiß! Das Gerät ist für Kinder nicht geeignet! Bei Nichtgebrauch des Gerätes Netzstecker ausziehen! Bei Nichtfunktionieren oder Beschädigung (z.B. defekt Anschlussleitung) sollte das Gerät an die Verkaufsstelle retourniert werden.

Ne jamais raccordez le stylo et le plaquette de contact directement dans une prise de courant (220/230 / 110/115 V). Branchement seulement au transfo de securité qui appartient au stylo ou à un accumulateur à max. 8 V! L’ ARKOTRAFO doit être raccordé à la tension de résau marquée sur la plaque à l’arrière de l’appareil (220/230 ou 110/115 V)! Utilisez l’appareil seulement aux environ secs! Attention! La pointe à écrire et la partie devant le stylo sont chaud après l’usage! Ne pas apte aux enfants! A non-usage de l’appareil retirez la fiche de la prise de courant! A non-function ou endommagement (p. ex. cable de raccordement) retournez l’appareil à la place de vente.

The ARKOTRAFO must be connected to the line voltage marked on the rear-plate of the device (220/230 or 110/115 V)! Use the device in dry environment only! Attention! Writing needle and front of writer are hot after usage! Not recommended for children’s usage! If you are not using the device disconnect plug from socket! If the device doesn’t work or if it is damaged (for ex. connection cable) return it to distributer.
