Booking can be made over the phone or by the e-mail. In order to use above discount prices giving the password is necessary: „EHBE 2013” and making the guarantee of booking A warranty is compulsory of amount of minimum of 50 % values of booking through: preauthorization on payment/credit card or transfer into account Centrum-Hotele. Form of preauthorization in Polish and English is available at reception of hotel. Bookings are treated as guaranteed bookings (i.e. they shall be made in writing and they aren't liable to an automatic cancellation through the hotel about 19.00 in case of the lack of arrival of Guest until then). Guaranteed bookings are keeping their importance for finishing hotel day i.e. to 12.00 hour of next day. Lack of arrival of the Guest in the first twenty-four hours is treated as the nonjourney, Guest will be burdened with the payment of the amount of 100 % values of the first twenty-four hours with the breakfast according to prices given in this quotation. Force majeure 1. Parties can give up their job from the responsibility on account of the non-performance or undue operation of service, in time when this non-performance or undue workmanship are with result of event of force majeure. 2. Through comprehending force majeure Parties understand every event about outside character which in the moment of making a booking wasn't foreseeable by Parties, which it wasn't possible to prevent in particular natural disasters, a state of emergency, the martial law, new legal documents or administrative decisions affecting implementations services and/or other events of a similar nature which address is ruling out completion of service
