EMI Rewards - TnCs (rewards website) 1.1 ‘Merchant’ (herein referred as ‘ME’) shall mean any or all of the present or future entities, partners, shops, departmental stores, hotels, restaurants, and other participating establishments in the program whether with online or offline (physical stores), in agreement with BFL, where members can accumulate EMI Reward points for purchase of goods and services. ‘Merchants’ will also be referred to as ‘Partner ME Outlets’ for the purpose of relevance in the course of this rewards program. 1.2 ‘BFL' (which is Bajaj Finance Limited) shall mean the sponsor of the Bajaj Finserv EMI Rewards Program having its registered office at Mumbai-Pune Road, Akurdi, Pune 411 035 and Corporate Office at 4th Floor, Bajaj Finserv Corporate Office , Off Pune Ahmednagar Road, Viman Nagar, PUNE – 411014 1.3 ‘Cardholders’ (also referred as ‘members’) shall mean a customer of BFL or otherwise who has been issued a Valid Card and such a valid card will be activated for conducting EMI Reward transactions in the EMI Rewards program network 1.4 ‘EMI Reward Points’ shall mean points and the currency of the EMI Rewards program 1.5 ‘EMI Rewards Program’ shall mean Bajaj Finserv Rewards Program, where participating ME accepts to honor transactions by offering value-add benefits to members in the form of issuance (earn transaction) and acceptance (redemption transaction) of EMI Reward points 1.6 ‘Transaction’ shall mean any successful authorized EMI Reward transaction like and not restricted to Earn, Burn and Balance Inquiry 1.7 ‘Valid Card’ shall mean a BFL EMI Card or rewards program card or any other card issued or co-branded with BFL for the purpose of recognizing reward transactions 1.8 ‘Membership Account’ shall mean the account where the member's EMI Reward points will be accumulated 1.9 ''Network’ shall mean all the entities in the EMI Reward program and constitute BFL, ME and any other relevant service provider, which for the time being is taken as a whole 1.10 'ME', 'Cardholders', 'BFL' and 'Service Provider' are referred to as 'Party / Parties'

Enrolment in the EMI Rewards program is automatic. All members possessing a valid EMI card are auto-enrolled in the program The member by possessing and / or receiving a Valid Card, grants his/her consent to BFL for creation of the member in the EMI Rewards program. All data relating to the Members shall be protected and used by BFL in the manner indicated in the Privacy Policy for the rewards program Every valid card will contain security features/measures incorporated thereon by BFL. transaction, (ii) bearing the BFL’s logo, the name and hologram of BFL and such other details as may be stipulated by BFL from time to time, (iii) which is not expired and (iv) which is not hot-listed or blocked BFL reserves the right to offer the EMI Rewards program to any prospective member, without having to assign any reasons to the member Initiating an EMI Rewards transaction at the partner ME outlet constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions by the member The card validity is as per the terms and conditions mentioned on the EMI card & is subject to renewal by BFL The validity of EMI Reward Points are for a period of three years. The reward points will automatically expire within 36 months after the end of the month in which the reward points were recorded. Such a validity period is subject to change and will be governed by BFL ‘Earn transaction’ shall mean issuance of EMI Reward points by the ME to the member corresponding to the member's purchase amount transacted by swiping a valid card of the member and crediting the EMI Reward points in the membership account Members can earn EMI reward points through their valid card for all their purchase transactions at any of the BFL ME Partner Outlet Points earning percentages will differ according to the ME category and the same is mentioned in the features and benefits section. The same will be communicated to members through email and / or instore collaterals, wherever present, at the sole discretion of BFL EMI Reward Points shall be credited to member's account on successful earn transaction at the partner ME outlet. The communication of successful transaction is either by way of a chargeslip and / or by SMS sent to the registered mobile number of the member. In some case, EMI Reward points will be earned on partial purchase value as per the terms and conditions of specific MEs MEs will have the right to reverse EMI Reward points from a Member’s Reward Account, in case of a cancelled or refund transaction initiated by the ME upon consent of the member by swiping the said EMI card within 30 days of the earn transaction. EMI Reward points will get debited or credited as soon as the void transaction is performed. EMI Reward points are credited instantly upon successful earn transaction at partner ME outlet against members purchase transaction. Although, in some cases of particular MEs and specific campaigns, EMI Reward points will be credited either on a end-ofday basis or on completion of the campaign period. Such instances will be communicated to the cardholders via email or in-store collateral present at the ME location

Members holding multiple Valid Cards will not be able to merge points in a single EMI Rewards account. Every Card will have a unique number resulting in accruing EMI Reward points in different accounts 4.8 Member will require to hand-over the EMI card to the ME to enable earning of reward points to the ME. 4.9 EMI Reward points are not transferrable from one membership account to another under any situation 4.10 MEs may have their own terms and conditions for awarding EMI Reward points which is subject to change. There could be certain restrictions on earning EMI Reward points at ME outlets like specific times, clubbing of offers and on a pre-qualifying criteria 4.11 The parties to this transaction are ME and Cardholder 5.

Members can check their EMI Reward Points balance (i) performing a balance inquiry transaction at any of the partner ME outlets through swiping of member’s EMI card BFL will also send periodically, at their discretion, statement of accounts to the member’s registered email id provided by the member ‘Redemption transaction’ shall mean redemption or burning of points initiated by the member through their membership account at the partner ME outlet for purchase transaction. The member can only redeem reward points to an extent of their available reward points balance in their membership account at that time.. The minimum EMI Reward points required for redemption is 1000 points. This criteria is applicable only for the 1st redemption. EMI Reward Points can be redeemed at partner ME outlets against their future purchase An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to the registered mobile number of the member for every redemption transaction. In case of an incorrect mobile number recorded in our system, the member will not be able to perform the redemption transaction. It will be the responsibility of the member, at all times, to update the current contact details - mobile number and email, in our systems in order to successfully perform various transactions EMI Reward points will be automatically deducted from the membership account on successful redemption transaction and the same will be communicated either by way of a charge-slip and / or by SMS sent to the registered mobile number of the member EMI Rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash either with BFL or any partner ME outlet Working days, at all times, shall mean Monday to Friday and shall not include national holidays

Members can redeem EMI Reward points at Partner ME Outlet, accepting redemption transaction, against their future purchase transaction. Such information is mentioned on the EMI Rewards website It is mandatory for members to produce the physical card at the time of redemption at partner ME Outlet. ME will not entertain performing redemption transaction in the absence of a valid card Cancellation of a redemption transaction can be initiated by the member with the consent of the ME by assigning proper reasons The parties to this transaction are ME and Cardholder

EMI Reward points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with the above Terms and Conditions or as otherwise agreed between BFL and the card holder Misuse of Card or the program membership benefits may result in termination of the membership or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of BFL Disqualification of a Member, arising out of his/her misconduct, fraud and misuse of Rewards or acts in a manner inconsistent with any central/state/local laws, statutes or ordinances, may result in immediate termination of membership and cancellation of all Points and Rewards. Such a member Member so disqualified shall not be entitled to redeem his reward points after such disqualification BFL will have the right to terminate the membership and put on a hold on the points for redemptions, if the said member has defaulted on the loan availed from BFL. The member will not have any right to dispute this point Upon the death of a Member, the membership account will be closed and all outstanding EMI Reward points will expire

BFL may change, at any time and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions. BFL may make changes to points or the value of points, reduce or lessen the period of expiry of existing or future points held by any member. The updated terms and conditions will be maintained on the EMI Rewards website and will be changed as and when, without an obligation to notify members. It is recommended that members review this website for updated terms and conditions from time to time for changes 9.7 BFL may change, at any time and without prior notice, the partner ME outlets and or the number of points required for redemption and / or the rate of earning for reward points within the network 9.8 BFL reserves the right to suspend or terminate the EMI Rewards Program at any time without prior notice 9.9 BFL will not be responsible for any blockage, restriction or regulation imposed by regulators, leading to inability of communication or delay in communication of any updates or information, whatsoever. Accepatance of this rewards program authorises BFL to send regular SMS updates, like and not restricted to, transactional alerts, promotional messages, qualification messages - to members 9.10 BFL is not liable for : (i) any delay in replacing a valid card or for any unauthorized use of a Membership Account, (ii) any failure of a Member to notify a ME that the transaction/ purchase is an EMI Rewards transaction, (iii) any loss or damage consequential to making a purchase at any of the partner ME outlet from the purchase of goods or services, (iv) any failure to notify members of any changes either in these Terms and Conditions and / or addition/deletion of any partner ME outlet and / or the rate of earning reward points within the network, (v) All conditions and warranties, whether express or implied and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any reward item procured under redemption from the rewards catalogue and / or purchase of goods and services from the partner ME outlet under the BFL program are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law
