From the moment you draw up outside Holland House you know that your wedding is going to be an unforgettable day – and our team will work closely with you to create a wedding package bespoke to your needs.
Your personal wedding planner
Organising your special day begins from the very first moment you contact us. Your wedding planner will be on hand from the moment you start planning, right through to your wedding day – to advise, plan and prepare even the smallest of details to make everything go exactly as you want it to.
We understand that there are so many things to think about when you first start planning your wedding – we’re here to make the entire experience an enjoyable one from beginning to end. We will help you organise your wedding day with the minimum of fuss and maximum enjoyment – from the early booking of musicians to organising menus, toasts and even family members.
The perfect packages
Our wedding packages have been designed to cater for a variety of styles and personal tastes. Whether you’re thinking of an intimate gathering or a more extravagant affair for all your family and friends, we will look after every detail, from your wedding breakfast to your evening reception. We can cater for up to 500 guests.
Our wedding packages include room hire, your chosen three-course wedding breakfast, a Master of Ceremonies, a drinks package, complimentary accommodation for the Bride and Groom, plus discounted bedroom rates for guests. Details of our full wedding package can be found at the back of this brochure, together with ideas to enhance your wedding with additional extras. However, we understand that one size does not fit all so please discuss your individual requirements with us and we can tailor a package to suit precisely.
Grand affair
Prices are for 2014 – 2015 and are based on a Saturday wedding. January – December from £42.00 per person We can cater for up to 500 guests – minimum number 30 guests. VAT rate The above rates are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Should VAT rates change, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.
Sunday to Thursday weddings For weddings taking place Sunday to Thursday a 10% discount will apply (may exclude bank holidays and festive periods). Minimum: 30 adults.

Our expertly trained chefs have years of experience so you can savour a delicious wedding day meal. We have a range of menus available or to make your day even more special your wedding planner will be happy to arrange a bespoke menu. If there are guests with different dietary requirements, you can leave it with us to accommodate any special arrangements.

Enjoy your first meal together as a married couple as we serve you and your guests a delicious wedding breakfast. You’ll enjoy expertly prepared dishes from our three-course menu which will be designed in line with the season and using locally sourced ingredients where possible.
Our evening buffet can be included in your package for all those attending the day reception. Our buffet menus are designed to reflect the season and are fully flexible to accommodate your tastes and requirements. Should you be inviting additional evening guests an extra cost applies.
We will make special arrangements for the children attending your wedding from our Children’s Menu Selector (children 0-13 years).

Drinks Your wedding day wouldn’t be complete without the perfect toast! Which is why you’ll enjoy welcome drinks, wine to accompany the wedding breakfast and a glass of something special for that all important toast, all included as part of your wedding package.
Should you wish to enhance your wedding breakfast why not include canapés on arrival or as an additional course. Available on request at an additional charge to the wedding package price.

Relaxing accommodation
All of our 165 bedrooms at the hotel provide the comfort and style your wedding guests deserve. Specially discounted accommodation rates will be arranged to make their stay even more special. These preferential rates can also be extended prior to and after your wedding day, for those guests wishing to take advantage of a longer stay. Of course, for the Bride and Groom, we offer a complimentary Executive room, including breakfast.
