Deposit • A 30% deposit of the estimated cost is due at contract signing to guarantee the date- your Catering Sales Manager will schedule any additional deposits. Three [3] business days prior to the event, the remaining balance will be due. Payments can be made by credit card, certified check, cashier’s check or cash. All check payments must be received at least ten [10] days prior to your event to allow for processing. Guarantees • Your final guest count (your guarantee) must be confirmed by 12pm, five [5] business days prior to the event. Once submitted it will not be subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. Plated functions require exact entrée counts in addition to final guarantees. Individual place cards with meal indicators are required for all pated functions. Service Charge & Taxes •

The Wedding Package is subject to 23% service charge, 6% state tax and 4% city tax. Menu price, tax and service charges are subject to change without prior notice

Parking • Here at The Lorien Hotel & Spa parking is valet only. Daily parking (or event parking) is $17* per car and overnight parking is $30* per car. Parking prices subject to change without prior notice Menu Tasting • We will schedule a complimentary menu tasting for the Bride & Groom 60-90 days prior to your Wedding Day. Tastings are scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at 4pm in the BRABO main dining room. A minimum of three [3] weeks notice is required.
