I support and empower yoga students and teachers in living and practicing purposefully in accordance with their highest truth and vision. What I teach is Tapasya Yoga. Founded in 2012, Tapasya Yoga (pronounced tah-pahs-yah) is a spiritually uplifting and sustainable alignment-based method of Hot Hatha + Power Vinyasa Flow yoga. My aim is to free the strong and strengthen the free. My classes are engaging, intuitive and transformative. Through concise and accessible language, I teach optimal alignment for every-body to enhance, uplift and expand your practice. I hope to inspire you to give of your best in order to become more of who you already are. I bow humbly at the lotus feet of all of my teachers, peers and students who have been a wellspring of knowledge and a huge inspiration. Locally I teach Hot, Power, Flow, Yin Restorative and Hatha Yoga classes at YYoga in Vancouver and Shala Yoga Squamish. Globally I Mentor Yoga Teachers and lead Teacher Trainings and Yoga Surf/Ski/Snowboard Retreats. I am on faculty for Triyoga UK’s Trihot Teacher Training, YYoga Teachers College, and a guest faculty for Julia McCabe’s Teacher Trainings, Gaiatri Teacher Trainings and Co-Head YHot Programming at YYoga.
