We call it our “engagement programme” because myGatwick is not about exclusivity, points or cards. This is not about loyalty or frequency of travel – it’s simply a thank you – from us to every single one of our passengers for choosing to fly through Gatwick, today. It’s about giving you that little something extra, right here, right now.
What makes myGatwick different from other engagement/rewards/loyalty programmes? We didn’t want myGatwick to be about collecting a few points here and there over a number of years only to never redeem them. We didn’t want you to have to put yet another card in your already bulging purse or wallet. We didn’t want any passengers to feel excluded because they weren’t frequent flyers or business travellers. We wanted to create a place where we could offer each and every one of you, relevant and useful discounts and offers for your trip. We like to keep it simple.
How do I join? By entering your email address and creating a password, this allows you to browse all of the offers on myGatwick. We ask for your flight details so that we can show you offers for the correct terminal and so you can sign up for free flight alerts to track your flight. We ask you why you are travelling so we don’t show you offers that are not relevant.
