Mission—Vision Our goal is to provide our members with casual informality and a blend of family oriented activities, while offering quality service that exceeds expectations. The Ranch Country Club is a family oriented private club community, located in the beautiful natural setting of the historic 160 acre, Joseph Marion Homestead. Spectacular mountain views and gorgeous rolling hills lined with century old cottonwood trees create a breathtaking back drop for all of the activities our members enjoy. Member owned since 1991, the RCC tradition of excellence, respectfulness and integrity continue to be the foundation for a gracious, welcoming culture. Our members enjoy enriching family experiences and treasured friendships for a lifetime of pleasure and cherished memories. The air of western nostalgia is retained at the Ranch CC, while providing members and guests with exceptional golf, swimming, tennis and dining facilities. The Ranch Country Club offers an acclaimed Dick Phelps designed 18-hole golf course, a 25-yard swimmi ngpoolandchi l dr en’ spool ,at enni sf aci l i t ywi t h four indoor and four outdoor courts and an extensive indoor and outdoor banquet facility that can accommodate as many as 250 people. MISSION STATEMENT The Ranch Country Club will remain a reasonably priced private equity country club which capitalizes on its geographic and scenic advantage, facilities, and service levels, to provide delightful experiences to its Member families and guests.

The centerpiece of our Club is our magnificent, Dick Phelps designed, 18-hole championship golf course. The course, built in 1974, continues to mature and improve each year. The dress code applies to all practice areas. Driving Range The driving range is located west of the clubhouse. Driving range hours of operation vary. Please see the hours of operation on our website or contact the Golf Shop for more information. Range balls are complimentary for our members and are available during normal hours of operation. Guests who are scheduled to play the same day are also allowed complimentary access to the range. Members may bring guests who are not playing to practice at the range by paying a $10 practice fee in the Golf Shop. Putting Green/Chipping Green A putting green and a chipping green are available for members and their guests near the clubhouse. Short Game Practice Area Our short game area, sometimes referred to as old #7, is located adjacent to #7 fairway. This practice area is open to members and their guests and includes a putting green, a practice bunker, and a wedge range. Members using this facility are asked to please fix ball marks made on the putting greens and replace divots with sand and seed mix provided. Page 6

Website Our website, www.theranchcc.com, is the place to go to keep up-to-date on all the latest at the Club. Visit the golf page for the latest information on events at the Club. The Junior golf page has information about our junior program including program descriptions and schedules and our golf instruction page has all the latest information regarding adult programs along with some golf tips to help your game. Tee times can be made online on our website by clicking on the Foretees link. E-Bulletins Keep an eye on your email box during the season for weekly EBulletins. E-Bulletins are updates emailed to you to help keep you informed on happenings at the club. Watch for information regarding golf tournaments and events, instruction, new merchandise arrivals, sales and promotions, and much more. Hours of Operation Hours of operation vary during the year based on available daylight. Please visit the website or call the Golf Shop at 303466-2111 for current hours of operation. Tee Times Tee times may be made up to seven days in advance. You can make tee times in person, on the telephone, or online. Note: tee times online are available ½ hour after the Golf Shop opens. Our online tee time provider is Foretees. Sign on to The Ranch website and click on the Foretees link. Then follow the directions to make your tee times. Foretees is also available on your smart phone. Visit the Foretees website for more information. Ladi es’Gol f These groups offer competitive and social opportunities on a weekly basis during the golf season. The 9 & 18-hole groups play on Wednesdays or Thursdays with am and pm tee times. Dress Code The following dress code applies to all members and guests and is in effect on all golf facilities including the practice facilities. Merchandise Member Pricing Program A special pricing program is offered exclusively to Ranch members in the golf shop. Members receive 25% off of suggested retail on all apparel and a discounted price on all golf equipment that is typically better than you would find at most golf stores. Club Fitting The professional staff at The Ranch Country Club can properly fit your woods, irons, wedges, and putter to help you maximize your potential as a golfer. We offer name brand clubs at very competitive prices and in most cases, will have the clubs in your hands within two weeks. Companies featured include TaylorMade, Titleist, Callaway, and Nike. Outside Event Referral Program The Ranch Country Club plays host to several corporate and charity events on Mondays and Tuesdays during the golf season. Golf Instruction Private Lessons The professional staff at The Ranch Country Club is available for individual instruction to improve your golf game. Lessons are available in all parts of golf including full swing, short game, and playing lessons. For more information on lessons, visit the golf instruction page on our website or contact the golf shop. Group Instruction Several group clinics are offered each spring/summer on a variety of topics and for all skill levels including Get Golf Ready, our learn to golf program. Other topics include full swing, short game, and putting. Visit the golf instruction page on our website for more information. Junior Golf The Ranch offers instruction for junior golfers from age 4 ½ to 17. Instruction programs run May through August. For more information on the junior golf program, contact the golf shop or visit the Junior golf page on our website. Other Services Club Storage The Ranch offers club storage services for our members. The annual fee for club storage is $70 per year. The Ranch tennis complex has 4 lighted outdoor and 4 year round indoor tennis courts. Our tennis professionals provide clinics and private instruction for all ages and skill levels. Our RCC men and women play competitive USTA and CTA as well as social round robins. The fully stocked pro shop has a large and varied selection of tennis gear and clothing.

Our lovely and spacious 25-yard swimming pool with diving board is open seasonally. The RCC swimming staff offers swim lessons for all ages and skill levels. There is a shallow pool for toddlers, covered cabanas and a convenient snack bar located poolside serving a variety of snack and menu items. RCC members from 5 years to 18 years may join our 100 plus member Ranch Swim Team which competes successfully within the Boulder Valley Summer Swim League.
