Congratulations on your engagement, and thank you for the opportunity for us to share with you a very special event. We pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate all styles of wedding receptions. We offer complete and flexible wedding packages to suit your desires, and importantly, your budget. Our relaxed atmosphere, superior service and picturesque surroundings will all help to provide the perfect setting. We invite you to visit our club any day of the week and experience the peaceful views looking out toward the lake and lush gardens and surrounds. Information Welcome to the ‘Vineyard Room’ Room Hire Fee $ 500

Our function room, the “Vineyard Room”, is an ideal venue for various styles of wedding receptions. A retractable wall gives us the ability to comfortably cater for up to 150 guests, while also providing a more intimate setting for smaller groups. Round tables can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in a spacious manner, and our portable dance floor gives you the freedom to create the room layout you desire.

Outdoor Ceremony We provide a large manicured lawn area surrounded by gardens with the back drop of the lake for your wedding ceremony.

40 Chair covers and bows in your choice of colours and fabrics Registry table with chairs A carpet runner in your choice of colour Your choice of either 2 x topiary trees or ceremony pedistools and urns Complimentary use of motorised golf carts for on the course photography

Terms & Conditions Tentative Bookings & Booking Confirmation: Tentative bookings will be held for 14 days. A $ 500 deposit together with your signed terms & conditions is required to confirm your booking Deposits can be made via credit card, cheque, cash or EFTPOS Surcharges: Surcharges apply to the following:  extended room hire – no later than 11.30pm  Extension of ½ hour - $ 150  Extension of 1 hour - $ 250 Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. Deposit refunds and/or cancellation fees apply as follows: • Notice of more than 12 months from date of wedding – deposit refunded

Notice of between 3 & 12 months from date of wedding – deposit forfeited plus an additional $ 500 cancellation fee Notice of between 1 & 3 months from date of wedding – deposit forfeited plus an additional cancellation fee of $ 1000

Payments/Confirmations: Payment for all meals/drinks packages for guests attending must be paid to Nudgee Golf Club at least 48 hours before the event Confirmation of guest numbers attending must be advised 7 days prior to the event All drinks purchased or accrued to an account must be settled on the night of the event Licensing: Nudgee Golf Club Inc. is licensed until 12 mid night and therefore cannot serve guests beyond this time. Liquor License Act prevents us from serving guests who are showing signs of intoxication or who cannot produce a government issued form of ID for proof of legal age (18 years). Minors who are caught consuming alcohol (including toasting) or anyone supplying alcohol to minors will be asked to leave the premises No glass is permitted to be taken on to the golf course – canned or plastics only

Nudgee Golf Club does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of any items left at the Clubhouse after the event
