Forsmark Village About five kilometers from the power plant lay Forsmark Village. It is an old iron village that today is owned by Forsmarks Kraftgrupp. There are about 100 people living in the village and several of the buildings are used for conferences meetings. The Forsmark inn serves lunch every weekday. During the summer the village really comes alive when Forsmark information centre opens and offers activities, for free. The renting of housing is done via ISS reception desk.

The reception of ISS Next to the restaurant “Kraftkällan” you can find the reception of ISS. Here you can rent cars, caravan parking and rooms in the residential area. In the reception you collect keys to dressing lookers. It is here that you can book carwash, workshop and laundry room. ISS also work as a pharmacy delivery. They also handle drycleaning and sell stamps and bus tickets. Next to the reception ISS there is a small convenience store with the most essentials things.

Spare time in Forsmark Sport hall In the residential area there is a sport hall which is equipped with shower and sauna. Here you can work out in the gym. You can also book time for your own activities in the hall via ISS reception. Beach Follow the gravel road opposite the main parking lot at Forsmark 1 and you will find the beach. Here are dressing cabins and a barbeque area. Beach volleyball net is up during the summer months. Balls can be borrowed at the ISS reception desk.
