Th is selected olive oil has been obtained with loving care; hence, the Italian name "Cuore d'Olivo" which means "from the heart of the olive". A particular selection of olives and a natural process of decantation and filtration without chemical treatment make this oil the best choice for the most sophisticated users. Fruity aroma, hence also the name "fruttato", hints of wild grasses and a light opaqueness are the characteristics of this unique oil

Organic Monocultivar Coratina, Galantino - Puglia It is absolutely an excellent extra virgin olive oil. It is a cru cold-extracted only from the olives hand-picked in “La Fenice – Coppa Malva” estate owned by the Galantino family. Mr Galantino controls every phase of the production process and makes the final strict organoleptic exam that precede s the bottling process. Every year we produce not more than 5000 numbered bottles of Gran Cru. Excellent dressing for every meal, thanks to its delicateness and to the richness of its bouquet.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bronda Renzo – Liguria The cultivated varieties are the "Taggiasca" and "Pignola" typical varieties of the Western Ligurian Riviera. The Farmhouse carries out a biologic cultivation very carefully. First of all, the lard is not worked but it's left turfed, to keep a good degree of dampness and fertility . To control the infesting weeds no chemical product is use, but twice or three times year, a mowing with mowing-machines and shredders is carried out. We fertilize the land only with organic compost. The firm employs for the oil extraction a small semi-traditional oil-press so the we can obtain a cold-pressed oil which keeps remarkable organoleptic qualities making it ideal for a healthy diet. For seven generations the Bronda family has worked to bring on our tables a genuine extra-virgin oil suitable to every taste and any kind of dish.

Cinque Foglie Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Single Estate - Puglia Visiting their Olive trees estate was another sign of their professionalism and the quality of the products. The majority of their trees are in the old Gallipoli farm "Li Sauli" and the use of any herbicides, fertilizers and pesticides are strictly forbidden. The harvesting of the olive is still carried out in the most ancient system, Olives are harvested only using their hands when not fully ripe. Within few hours from the harvesting, the olives are milled in a large container by using millstones, the olive paste obtained in then distributed, through a dispenser, onto a natural fibre filters.
