Proprietary Information The recipient acknowledges that all drawings, renderings, specifications, data, memoranda, calculations, notes and other materials or information made available to the recipient in this proposal by MGM Resorts Event Productions (MREP), will remain the sole and exclusive property of MREP. No intellectual property right is granted under this agreement. Recipient will keep information confidential and not share or disclose information received from MREP to any outside third parties without prior written consent. Recipient may disclose information to those principals, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, attorneys and advisors of the recipient as is reasonably required for the recipient’s evaluation of the proposal or the consummation of any business transaction between parties in connection with this matter. Availability and Fees Products and services are subject to availability at time of contracting. Final pricing will reflect an 18% management fee and 25% labor fee where applicable.
