Slide № 9

Factors, favourable to project implementation The availability of local production of the following components will ensure the establishing of NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) fertilisers production: • The

country

has

sufficient

resources

of

phosphate

feedstock

(384,4 mil. tonnes of ore, 74 mil. tonnes of P2O5 reserves; the average content of P2O5 is 19,2 %).

• Uzkimyosanoat SJSC has productions of phoshprus fertilisers at Ammophos-Maxam OJSC, Quqon Supersphophate Plant OJSC, Samarqandkimyo OJSC (total production capacities are 280 000 tonnes per year). • Uzkimyosanoat SJSC has productions of nitrogen fertilisers at Navoiyazot OJSC, Maxam-Chirchiq OJSC, Farghonaazot OJSC (total production capacities are 1,04 mil. tonnes per year).

• In 2010 Uzkimyosanoat SJSC established the production of potassium fertilisers at Dehqonobod Potassium Fertilisers Plant UE (total capacity is 200 000 tonnes per year, the expansion of capacity up to 600 000 tonnes per year is carried out). Слайд № 10
