This button allows you to donate to a rider.

This option will help you create your own fundraising page.

You can join a pre-existing team, simply type in the name of the team you know you want to join.

This option allows you to create your own team or start your own personal fundraiser. Click this option to get started.

You can name your campaign here, we suggest using your name. This will be help your donors search for you faster. If you are creating a team, you would type the name of your team here.

This option will ask what group you belong to; college student, young professional, general supporter, business etc.

Here you can pick your own Crowdrise URL. We suggest something you will be able to remember.

This is where you tell your personal story and why you are riding for the American Red Cross. This is optional, if you can’t come up with something don’t worry, skip this step and you can update it later.

Set a personal goal, remember that the fundraising minimum goal for each rider is $2,500.

10. Click NEXT when you are done with the steps above.

13 The next prompt will ask you to upload a picture 11.

Upload a picture of yourself. This is the photo that will display on your page.You can browse through your files if you click on this option.

When you’ve chosen a picture finish this section by clicking on the UPLOAD PHOTO link

When you are done creating your fundraiser the next prompt will ask you to create a Crowdrise account.

14. You can choose to use your social media account as a login. We recommend this option that way you can share your fundraising efforts with your friends and family via social media. 15. If you don’t want to use social media or don’t have either of those accounts, don’t worry. You can create a special Crowdrise account.

When you are done creating your fundraiser. You can start exploring your profile and begin editing.



You can jump-start your fundraising by making an initial contribution to your own fundraiser. People will more likely donate when they see how you’ve personally contributed to your cause.



Click the DONATE button and start fundraising!!

In this section you can enter the amount you wish to donate. The minimum donation is $10.00 or the amount can be hidden.

If your donor would like for his or her name to appear, they can write their name here.

3.

If the donor wishes to stay anonymous they can click this option.

4.

Once the options have been filled you can either proceed with the donation or cancel.

Please keep in mind that this screen will look exactly the same when your donors click on your profile. You can refer to these instructions if your donors have questions regarding how to donate.

If you click on the MY FUNDRAISER WIDGET button you can share your page with other people, here you will be given a code. It’s simple to use, simply copy and paste this code and post it on your website, blog or social media. This is a great way to let other people know about your campaign and maybe get your friend in on the fun!



Click the EDIT link so you can personalize your profile and make changes. Make sure you put the date of the event and keep your friends and family updated.



You can also write about yourself and why you are riding in the About My Fundraiser section.



Click the SAVE button when you are done, or DELETE FUNDRAISER if you want to delete your team.

In this section you can edit the amount of your personal fundraising goal, but remember the minimum is $2,500.00.

Here, you can upload pictures of previous TdR rides or if you are a new rider simply upload a picture of you cycling. This is a great tool to use to get friends and family excited about donating to your cause.

Have a video you would like to share? Great, this link allows you to share videos with other people! Tell people why you are doing this and why you are so dedicated to the American Red Cross and the challenge of the Tour du Rouge!

This section is great, here you can show people how many hours you have volunteer with the Red Cross or how many miles you’ve ridden for the Red Cross!

The DONATION SETTINGS gives you the option to share who can see what, enter check donations manually (Enter Offline Donations) and if you would like to keep your donation dollar amounts hidden.

Once you’re done changing or editing your fundraising settings don’t forget to hit the SAVE button.

This section will show the total dollar amount you have raised.

This will show a percentage of how far along you are to reach your goal.

This number will show how many donations you have received.

This button will give you the option to share and post your campaign with the total amount of money you have raised so far. You can choose which websites or social media outlets you would like to share your fundraiser.

This option will give you a code you can copy and paste or you can simply click on the buttons to share your page.

4 5 6 This tab is only useful if you are a team leader or if you are part of a team. Send a Team Message 

This section is useful to send mass messages to all riders in your team. Deadlines? Don’t worry, here you can shoot them all a friendly reminder.

Fundraising Minimum 

With this tool you can stay organize and keep up with your teams fundraising efforts. You can schedule deadlines and set the minimum for each team member. You can do this by clicking the Setup Minimum link. You can also track how much each team member has contributed to the overall goal of the team. 

Here you will see the number of members that have joined your team.



This button allows you to invite other people to join your team.

Check this if you want to set a fundraising minimum.

Set the amount and date, don’t forget there’s a minimum of $2,500.00 for each rider.

Report Center 

Here you can view a report of your team’s fundraising efforts. You can also get an excel spreadsheet of the team’s progress. If you want to print this out click on the EXPORT REPORT button.



The following prompt will appear on your screen, decide if you would like to open or save and then print your copy.

Invite Team Members 

When you click on the tab the prompt will give you a link. Copy and paste to share with your friends. You can also edit or type a more personal message to potential riders about why they should fundraise and join your team.

You can redeem your Crowdrise Impact Points (CIP) to earn cool stuff for yourself!

Account Settings 

Here you can edit or change your email address. This only edits your email address within the CrowdRise fundraising system. It DOES NOT change your email address with the Red Cross or Tour du Rouge registration records. You must contact Dory or Leslie to do that.



You can also change your password in this section.
