Disconnect the negative terminal from the vehicle battery. Unclip & remove the intake hose from the air box assembly. (Fig. 1&2) Remove the breather hose from the engine cam cover. (Fig. 3) Remove the rubber band securing the front of the air box assembly & remove the complete air box assembly from the vehicle. (Fig. 4&5) Carefully expand the supplied flexi cold air hose. Feed the cold air hose down to the lower spoiler / under tray & secure the top of the hose using the plastic ties supplied (the hose should finish approx. 4” / 10cm from the filtercharger when kit fitment is completed). (Fig. 6) Unscrew / unclip & remove the front grille from the vehicle. (Fig. 7) Unscrew & remove the side plastic radiator trim from behind the bumper as shown. (Fig. 8) Taking all the necessary safety precautions as per manufacturers instructions raise the front of the vehicle. Feed the flexi cold air hose between the gap at the side of the radiator & feed the hose through to the front lower grille. (Fig. 9) Secure the end of the flexi cold air hose to the front grille using a plastic tie supplied. Refit the front grille to the vehicle. (Fig.10) Assemble the saddle bracket / mounting bracket using the allen head bolt, nylon conical washer, flat metal washer & nylock nut. (Fig.11) Remove the rubber grommet from the rear air box mounting point as shown. (Fig.12) Fit the mounting bracket / saddle bracket assembly to the rear air box mounting point & secure using the hex head bolt, nylock nut, two large washers & small washer supplied (ensure the two large washers are fitted either side of the large hole on the mounting point). (Fig.13) Insert the metal adaptor tube into the rubber intake hose & secure using the original hose clamp. (Fig.14&15) Fit the rubber filter adaptor to the end of the metal adaptor tube. (Fig.16) Place the intake hose / rubber filter adaptor onto the saddle bracket & fit the supplied hose clamp around both the saddle bracket & intake pipe. Do not tighten at this time. (Fig.17) Slide the filter element onto the rubber filter adaptor & now tighten the supplied clamp. (Fig.18&19) Fit the new silicone breather hose onto the breather tube located on the engine cam cover. (Fig.20) Insert the straight vent adaptor into the other end of the breather hose. (Fig.21) Route the breather hose through to the filter & insert the breather vent into the hole in the base of the filter. (Fig.22) Reconnect the negative battery terminal. Carry out a final check of the height / alignment of the K&N induction system before starting the engine. Installation is now complete. (Fig.23)

A2054-690 (19.08.10) Haal de sleutel uit het contactslot en neem de negatieve accukabel los. Maak de slangklem los en verwijder de inlaatslang van het luchtfilterhuis zoals afgebeeld. Verwijder de ontluchtingsslang van de motor zoals afgebeeld. Verwijder het bevestigingsrubber van het luchtfilterhuis uit de auto zoals afgebeeld en verwijder voorzichtig het luchtfilterhuis uit de auto. 5, (Fig. 6) Trek de flexibele koude-luchtslang voorzichtig uit. Voer de slang naar beneden, naar de bodemplaat. Maak het bovenste uiteinde van de slang vast met een geleverde tie-wrap. De koudeluchtslang moet ongeveer op 10 cm van het filter eindigen als de kit gemonteerd is. 6, (Fig. 7) Schroef en klik de grille los; verwijder deze vervolgens van de auto zoals afgebeeld. 7, (Fig. 8) Schroef de afdekplaat naast de radiateur los en verwijder deze uit de auto zoals afgebeeld. 8, (Fig. 9) Krik voorzichtig de voorzijde van de auto op. Neem hierbij de aanwijzingen van de autofabrikant en alle veiligheidsmaatregelen in acht. Plaats de koude-luchtslang door de opening naast de radiateur zoals afgebeeld. 9, (Fig. 10) Plaats de koude-luchtslang achter de grille en bevestig deze met een geleverde tie-wrap zoals afgebeeld. 10, (Fig. 11) Monteer de halfronde beugel op de bevestigingsbeugel met de bijgeleverde platkopschroef, conische ring, platte metalen ring en borgmoer. 11, (Fig. 12) Verwijder de rubberen steun voor het luchtfilterhuis uit de auto zoals afgebeeld. 12, (Fig. 13) Monteer de samengestelde beugel aan het ophangpunt van het luchtfilterhuis met de geleverde bout, vlakke ring, 2 grote vlakke ringen en borgmoer zoals afgebeeld; plaats de ringen aan weerszijden van het ophangpunt. 13, (Fig.14&15) Plaats de geleverde metalen adapterpijp in de originele inlaatslang zoals afgebeeld en draai de slangklem volledig vast. 14, (Fig. 16) Plaats de rubber filter-adapter op de inlaatbuis zoals afgebeeld. 15, (Fig. 17) Plaats de rubber filter-adapter in de halfronde beugel. Plaats de geleverde slangklem om de halfronde beugel en de rubber filter-adapter. Nog niet geheel vastzetten! 16, (Fig.18&19) Schuif het filter op de rubber-filter adapter, door de halfronde beugel en draai de slangklem aan. 17, (Fig. 20) Schuif de geleverde ontluchtingsslang om de aansluiting op de motor zoals afgebeeld. 18, (Fig. 21) Steek de geleverde slang-adapter in de ontluchtingsslang zoals afgebeeld. 19, (Fig. 22) Steek de slang-adapter in het gat in de onderkant van het filter. 20, Sluit de negatieve accukabel weer aan. 21, (Fig. 23) Controleer nogmaals of alle onderdelen goed bevestigd zijn en vrij liggen alvorens de motor te starten. ONDERHOUDVAN HET FILTER: K&N adviseert om het filter regelmatig te inspecteren op overmatige vervuiling. Pleeg onderhoud volgens de instructies van de Recharger service kit, artikelnummer 99-5003EU, verkrijgbaar bij uw K&N verkooppunt, zodra het filter volledig vervuild is (of eens per jaar).

Nehme den Schlüssel aus dem Kontaktschloß und klemme das Minuskabel der Batterie ab. Löse und entferne das Lufteinl vom Luftfiltergehäuse wie abgebildet. Entferne den Entlüftungsschlauch vom Motor wie abgebildet. Entferne das Befestigungsgummiband des Luftfiltergehäuses vom Fahrzeug wie abgebildet und entferne vorsichtig das Luftfiltergehäuse vom Fahrzeug. Dehne vorsichtig den gelieferten flexibelen Kaltluftschlauch aus. Führe den Schlauch herunter zur Bodenwanne. Befestige das obene Ende des Schlauches mit einem gelieferten Kabelbinder. Der Kaltluftschlauch sollte ca. 10 cm vor dem Filter enden wenn das Kit eingebaut ist. Löse die Schrauben und Klammer; entferne nun den Grill vom Fahrzeug wie abgebildet. Löse die Schrauben und entferne die Abdeckplatte von neben dem Kühler wie abgebildet. Hebe vorsichtig die Vorderseite des Fahrzeugs an; nehme die Anweisungen des Fahrzeugherstellers und alle notwendigen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in acht. Führe den Kaltluftschlauch durchs Loch neben dem Kühler wie abgebildet. Führe den Kaltluftschlauch hinter dem Grill und befestige ihn mit einem gelieferten Kabelbinder wie abgebildet. Befestige den halbrunden Bügel zusammen mit der Halterung mit der gelieferten Senkschraube, konischem Zwischenring, flachem Metallring & Verschlußmutter. Entferne die Gummistütze des Luftfiltergehäuses vom Fahrzeug wie abgebildet. Befestige die zusammengestellte Halterung auf den Montagepunkt des Luftfiltergehäuses mit dem gelieferten Bolzen, flachem Metallring, großen flachen Metallringen und Verschlußmutter wie abgebildet. Platze die 2 großen Ringen um den Montagepunkt. Stecke das gelieferte Metalladapterrohr in den Originaleinlaßschlauch wie abgebildet und ziehe die Schlauchschelle völlig fest. Schiebe den Gummilufteinlaßtrichter aufs Einlaßrohr wie abgebildet. Platze den Gummilufteinlaßtrichter in den halbrunden Bügel. Schiebe die gelieferte Schlauchschelle um den halbrunden Bügel und Gummilufteinlaßtrichter. Noch nicht völlig festziehen! Schiebe den Luftfilter auf den Gummilufteinlaßtrichter, durch den halbrunden Bügel und ziehe die Schlauchschelle fest. Schiebe den gelieferten Belüftungsschlauch um den Anschluß auf dem Motor wie abgebildet. Schiebe den gelieferten Entlüftungsadaptor in den Belüftungsschlauch wie abgebildet. Schiebe den Entlüftungsadaptor ins Loch im Filterboden. Schließe das Minuskabel der Batterie wieder an. Prüfe nochmals, bevor Sie den Motor starten, ob alle Teile ausreichend Zwischenraum haben un richtig fest sind. Die Installation ist nun beendet.

Prener le clef du contact et déconnecter le terminal négatif de la batterie. Décliper le collier de serrage et prener le tuyau d'admission de la boîte à air comme indiqué. Enlever la canalisation de reniflard du moteur comme indiqué. Enlever le bride en caoutchouc fixant la boîte à air dans la voiture comme indiqué et nlever avec précaution la boîte à air de la voiture. 5, (Fig. 6) Étirer avec précaution la canalisation flexible d’air froid. Insérer la canalisation vers le bas jusqu’au plateau inférieur. Fixer l'extrémité supérieure de la canalisation en utilisant un collier plastique fourni. La canalisation s'arrêtera environ à 10 cm du filtre quand le kit est installé. 6, (Fig. 7) Dévisser et décliper le grille; maintenaint, l'enlever de la voiture comme indiqué. 7, (Fig. 8) Dévisser et enlever le couvercle à côté du radiateur comme indiqué. 8, (Fig. 9) Selon les instructions du fabricant de la voiture et en prenant toutes les mesures de sécurité nécessaires, soulever avec précaution l'avant de la voiture. Insérer la canalisation à travers du trou à côté du radiateur comme indiqué. 9, (Fig. 10) Insérer la canalisation au grill et fixer en utilisant un collier plastique fournis comme indiqué. 10, (Fig. 11) Installer le support demi-rond sur le support en utilisant la vis à tête fraisée, la rondelle conique, la rondelle plate et l’écrou Nylock fournis. 11, (Fig. 12) Enlever le support en caoutchouc pour la boîte à air de la voiture comme indiqué. 12, (Fig. 13) Installer le support assemblé sur la montage de boîte à air en utilisant le boulon, écrou Nylock, rondelle plâte et 2 rondelles plâtes grandes fournis comme indiqué. Placer les 2 rondelles autour du trou de montage. 13, (Fig.14/15) Installer le tube d'adaptateur en métal fourni dans le tuyau d'admission original comme indiqué et serrer entièrement le collier de serrage. 14, (Fig. 16) Installer l’adaptateur de filtre en caoutchouc sur le tube d’admission comme indiqué. 15, (Fig. 17) Installer l’adaptateur de filtre à travers du support demi-rond. Installer le collier de serrage fourni autour du support demi-rond et l’adaptateur de filtre. Ne pas serrer entièrement maintenant! 16, (Fig.18/19) Installer le Filtercharger sur l’adaptateur de filtre, à travers du support demi-rond et serrer collier de serrage. 17, (Fig. 20) Installer la canalisation de reniflard fournie sur le tube de reniflard du moteur comme indiqué. 18, (Fig. 21) Insérer l'adapteur reniflard fourni dans la canalisation de reniflard comme indiqué. 19, (Fig. 22) Insérer l'adapteur reniflard dans le trou dans le fond du filtre. 20, Reconnecter le terminal négatif de la batterie. 21, (Fig. 23) Effectuer un contrôle final de l’alignement et de la hauteur du kit.
