Tuf Dek over-rail liners are designed to provide protection for the top edge rail of the pickup tray.

Tuf Dek under rail liners are custom moulded to fit snugly under the top rail of the pickup tray.

They are best suited for applications where the top edge of the pickup tray is fully exposed and needs protecting against marks and scratches, particularly during the loading and unloading of heavy objects.

They are particularly suited for applications where the top edge of the pickup tray is covered by fitted accessory products, including tonneau covers and hard lids.

MANUFACTURING Our manufacturing facility is located on a four acre site in Hamilton New Zealand, where we utilise modern, large scale, automated production machinery. Our highly trained production personnel are complimented by design specialists and experienced research and development personnel utilising state of the art technology. Automated 5-axis trimming ensures repeatable, accurate and consistent quality production.

INVESTMENT To ensure that we are always at the forefront of both production and design technology, we are continually investing in two key areas: Technology: state-of-the art infrared automated thermoforming equipment. A highly experienced design team using the latest 3D scanning & digitising technology. Solidworks and Geomagic are our software platforms of choice in which we continue to evolve, always testing our innovative designs. Information systems: this ensures us a flexible development process that can be rapidly tailored to suit changing market dynamics.
