Exhibiting Options Trade Stands SHELL SCHEME: £218 + VAT per square metre This is a ready built stand/booth for you to simply ‘move in’ to and furnish with your branding and products. SPACE ONLY: £196 + VAT per square metre This is exactly as it sounds, floor space in prime areas. It often suits those who prefer to build their entire stand from the ground up. The minimum stand size available is 6sqm (e.g. 3m x 2m, 4m x 1.5m). Should Trade Stand prices present a cost issue to some smaller traders, we suggest looking at the market-style Classic Trader Village as an alternative for tighter budgets.

Classic Car Dealers SPACE ONLY (WITH CARPET): £46 + VAT per square metre Many dealers choose to make this event their showroom every year, and with good reason. Car sales at the show are historically proven to be very strong. We invite Dealers offering quality vehicles (catering to all price ranges) to apply for space, which is limited due to its desirability. How much space will I need for my stock? We work on the basis of one car, with the doors open, using about 24sqm of space (6m x 4m). Most cars (unless they’re very big e.g. Rolls/Bentley etc.) tend to actually measure no more than 5m x 1.7m with the doors closed so allow a minimum of 5m x 1.7m per car when working out how much space you need. Packing in a lot of cars very tightly may not be as rewarding as displaying fewer cars with more ‘breathing space’ so buyers can fully access the vehicles.

Restoration Area SPACE ONLY: £46 + VAT per square metre The Restoration Area surrounds the ever popular Restoration Theatre and is full of companies offering all manner of restoration products and services; from tools, to trim, from plating to painting, from a small job to a full ‘ground-up’ restoration. Restoration product retailers are required to take a minimum of 25sqm. Restoration service providers are required to take a minimum of 6sqm.
