Akademikliniken is Scandinavia’s, and one of the world’s largest private hospitals for aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Located in Stockholm, the clinic was founded in 1991, and now has over 150 employees, including eight plastic surgeons, a dermatologist and a state of the art Skin Science Center. Our Skin Care Series

Akademikliniken’s skin care series is a complete program of medical skin care products, so called cosmeceuticals that Akademikliniken has created after several intense years of research and development. The skin care products are built on biological principles and many years of medical experience, combined with the latest developments in anti-aging skin care science. The clinical program of skin care products is used to aid in the treatment of skin concerns including sun damage, dryness, fine lines, wrinkles, sensitivity, hyper-pigmentation, enlarged pores and break-out. Our goal was to use only the highest quality and most effective ingredients as well as rigorous testing and hygiene standards in manufacturing and production. Pure Radiance Cleanser Botanical Extract Formula

Pure Radiance Cleanser’s soap-free light lather action removes traces of fatty secretions from the sebaceous glands without stripping the stratum corneum of the natural lipids. This milky cream fluid removes make-up and debris while preserving the moisture barrier of the skin. Key ingredients: Rhamnosoft® HP acts as an excellent active ingredient, helping inhibit the activity and release of inflammatory reaction molecules. Mukurossi peel extract contains saponin, a gentle soap substitute. Mukurossi gives a pleasant foam effect and even has an anti-microbial effect.





Extra Care Toner Marine Skin Calmer

• Soothing facial toner • Natural emollience • Increases moisture content in the skin Plant derived liquid extracts help replenish the skin while completing the cleansing process. Extra Care Toner reduces irritation of sensitive skin that can react against chemical, mechanical and UVB aggression. Key ingredients: Abyssine® is a naturally derived marine ingredient that helps protect skin from external damage and extreme conditions. Bisabolol counteracts inflammation and is especially good for sensitive skin that may be irritated by chemical agents.





Pure Berry Toner Arctic Hydrator

Cranberry, raspberry and cloudberry fruit extracts, rich in vitamins, trace minerals and essential nutrients, deliver hydration and protect against dehydration. Key ingredients: Cranberry, Raspberry and Cloudberry improve hydration, reduce water evaporation and are rich in vitamin E & C and omega-3 fatty acids. Raspberry seed oil is an excellent source of gamma-tocopheral , hence a natural free radical scavenger.
