BABOR INSTITUTE SPA ETIQUETTE Late Arrival All Babor Institute treatments are carefully planned to accommodate the needs of each client. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. However, if you arrive late, your treatment may have to be cut short to ensure that the next client’s treatment begins on time. Cancellations The correct amount of time for the spa treatments you select is reserved especially for you. There is a 50 percent charge for all cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment. No shows will be subject to a 100 percent charge. Vouchers Voucher can be used for treatments as well as for product purchases. Vouchers may NOT be exchanged for cash. If you do not use the full value of a voucher, we will give you credit for the unused amount. We reserve the right to make adjustments to take account of any increase in prices of treatments or products if vouchers are not used timeously..
