REVISED REGULATIONS OF SASKATCHEWAN SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 75/2007 The Milk Control Act, 1992 Section 10

Board Order dated August 22, 2007 (Filed August 28, 2007) Title

1 These regulations may be cited as The Milk Control Amendment Regulations, 2007 (No. 8).

R.R.S. c.M-15 Reg 1, Appendix amended

2 Subsection 3(1) of Part II of the Appendix to The Milk Control Regulations is amended by repealing clauses (m) to (o) and substituting the following: “(m) in the case of class 5a milk: (i) $3.7303 per kilogram of butterfat; (ii) (iii)

$9.2051 per kilogram of protein; $1.3221 per kilogram of other solids;

“(n) in the case of class 5b milk: (i) $3.7303 per kilogram of butterfat; (ii) (iii) “(o)

$4.2661 per kilogram of protein; $4.2661 per kilogram of other solids;

in the case of class 5c milk: (i) $3.3740 per kilogram of butterfat; (ii)

$3.3740 per kilogram of protein;

(iii) $3.3740 per kilogram of other solids”. Coming into force

1 These regulations may be cited as The Saskatchewan Watershed Authority Amendment Regulations, 2007.

R.R.S. c.S-35.03 Reg 1, Appendix amended

2 The Appendix to The Saskatchewan Watershed Authority Regulations is amended by repealing Table 2 and substituting the following: “TABLE 2 [Section 4] Industrial Water Use Charges Industrial Water Use Charges - January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2008 (per 1000 cubic metres) Category of Industrial Water Use

The calculation of the volume of water taken for use as cooling water in thermal generation plants is to be based on annual electrical generation assuming 1 000 m3 of water used for every 733.21 megawatt hours generated”. 2

Coming into force

SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 77/2007 The Automobile Accident Insurance Act Section 81

1 These regulations may be cited as The Automobile Accident Insurance (Injury) Amendment Regulations, 2007 (No. 2).

R.R.S. c.A-35 Reg 5, section 2 amended

2 The following subsections are added after subsection 2(4) of The Automobile Accident Insurance (Injury) Regulations: “(5) Every non-highway motor vehicle is prescribed as a prescribed motor vehicle for the purposes of subclause 20(3)(b)(vii) of the Act. “(6) For the purposes of subsection (5), ‘non-highway motor vehicle’ means a member of a class of motor vehicles that cannot be operated on a highway because, as a result of their design and construction, they do not meet the requirements of The Vehicle Equipment Regulations, 1987, but does not include any of the following motor vehicles: (a) a fire engine or a fire department apparatus, including a command bus, water truck or any other vehicle used to support firefighting at the scene of a fire; (b) a motor vehicle for which a permit or certificate of registration has been issued in another jurisdiction”.

Coming into force

3 These regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations.

SASKATCHEWAN REGULATIONS 78/2007 The Traffic Safety Act Section 287

Order in Council 688/2007, dated August 28, 2007 (Filed August 29, 2007) Title

1 These regulations may be cited as The Driver Licensing and Suspension Amendment Regulations, 2007 (No. 3).

R.R.S. c.T-18.1 Reg 2 amended

2 The Driver Licensing and Suspension Regulations, 2006 are amended in the manner set forth in these regulations.

Section 2 amended

3 The following clause is added after clause 2(1)(p): “(p.1) ‘imposed restrictions’ means any restrictions placed or imposed by the administrator on a driver’s licence pursuant to section 38 of the Act or these regulations”.

New sections 3 to 7

4 Sections 3 to 7 are repealed and the following substituted:

“Class 1 driver’s licences

3 Subject to any imposed restrictions on a class 1 driver’s licence, the holder of the class 1 driver’s licence may operate: (a) classes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 motor vehicles; and (b) any other vehicles that the holder of the driver’s licence is entitled to operate by virtue of an endorsement placed by the administrator on the driver’s licence, subject to the terms and conditions of the endorsement.

“Class 2 driver’s licence

4 Subject to any imposed restrictions on a class 2 driver’s licence, the holder of the class 2 driver’s licence may operate: (a) classes 2, 3, 4 and 5 motor vehicles; and (b) any other vehicles that the holder of the driver’s licence is entitled to operate by virtue of an endorsement placed by the administrator on the driver’s licence, subject to the terms and conditions of the endorsement.

“Class 3 driver’s licence

5 Subject to any imposed restrictions on a class 3 driver’s licence, the holder of the class 3 driver’s licence may operate: (a) classes 3, 4 and 5 motor vehicles; and (b) any other vehicles that the holder of the driver’s licence is entitled to operate by virtue of an endorsement placed by the administrator on the driver’s licence, subject to the terms and conditions of the endorsement.

“Class 4 driver’s licence

6 Subject to any imposed restrictions on a class 4 driver’s licence, the holder of the class 4 driver’s licence may operate: (a) classes 4 and 5 motor vehicles; and (b) any other vehicles that the holder of the driver’s licence is entitled to operate by virtue of an endorsement placed by the administrator on the driver’s licence, subject to the terms and conditions of the endorsement.

“Class 5 driver’s licence

7 Subject to any imposed restrictions on a class 5 driver’s licence, the holder of the class 5 driver’s licence may operate: (a)

class 5 motor vehicles; and

(b) any other vehicles that the holder of the driver’s licence is entitled to operate by virtue of an endorsement placed by the administrator on the driver’s licence, subject to the terms and conditions of the endorsement”. New section 9

Section 9 is repealed and the following substituted:

“Class 7 driver’s licence

9 Subject to any imposed restrictions on a class 7 driver’s licence, the holder of the class 7 driver’s licence may operate: (a)

a class 5 motor vehicles as a learner; and

(b) any other vehicles that the holder of the driver’s licence is entitled to operate by virtue of an endorsement placed by the administrator on the driver’s licence, subject to the terms and conditions of the endorsement”. Coming into force

2 Section 2 of The Information Technology Office Service Regulations is amended: (a)

by striking out “and” after clause (a); and

(b)

by adding the following clauses after clause (b):

“(c)

“(d) the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission”. Coming into force

2 The Securities Commission (Adoption of National Instruments) Regulations are amended in the manner set forth in these regulations.

Part XVII of Appendix amended

3(1) (2)

Part XVII of the Appendix is amended in the manner set forth in this section.

Section 1.1 is amended: (a) by repealing the definition of “major subsidiary” and substituting the following: “ ‘major subsidiary’ means a subsidiary of a reporting issuer if: (a) the assets of the subsidiary, on a consolidated basis with its subsidiaries, as included in the most recent annual audited balance sheet of the reporting issuer, are 20 percent or more of the consolidated assets of the reporting issuer reported on that balance sheet; or (b) the revenues of the subsidiary, on a consolidated basis with its subsidiaries, as included in the most recent annual audited income statement of the reporting issuer, are 20 percent or more of the consolidated revenues of the reporting issuer reported on that statement”; (b) by repealing clause (b) of the definition of “normal course issuer bid” and substituting the following: “(b) a normal course issuer bid as defined in the rules or policies of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the TSX Venture Exchange or an exchange that is a recognized exchange, as defined in National Instrument 21-101, Marketplace Operation, that is conducted in accordance with the rules or policies of that exchange”; and (c) by adding the following definition after the definition of “normal course issuer bid”: “ ‘senior officer’, in a jurisdiction whose legislation does not define that term, means an officer as defined in the legislation of that jurisdiction”.

(3) Section 2.1 is amended by striking out “Subject to section 4.1, the” and substituting “The”. (4) Section 2.2 is amended by striking out “Subject to section 4.1, the” and substituting “The”. (5) Section 2.3 is amended by striking out “Subject to section 4.1, the” and substituting “The”. (6)

Part 4 is repealed.

(7)

The following subsection is added after subsection 5.2(2):

“(3) An insider who is an executive officer, as defined in National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, or a director of the reporting issuer or of a major subsidiary may not rely on the exemption in section 5.1 for the acquisition of stock options or similar securities granted to the insider unless the reporting issuer has previously disclosed in a notice filed on SEDAR the existence and material terms of the grant, including without limitation: (a)

the date the options or other securities were issued or granted;

(b) the number of options or other securities issued or granted to each insider who is an executive officer or director referred to above; (c) the price at which the options or other securities were issued or granted and the exercise price; and (d) the number and type of securities issuable on the exercise of the options or other securities”. Coming into force

4(1) Subject to subsection (2), these regulations come into force on September 10, 2007. (2) If these regulations are filed with the Registrar of Regulations after September 10, 2007, these regulations come into force on the day on which they are filed with the Registrar of Regulations.
