It´s a HYMER!

Tomorrow’s ways, tomorrow’s roads HYMER quality is certified ISO 9001 and HYMERs are guaranteed against water ingress for six years (subject to the HYMER warranty conditions) and they have been now for over fifteen years. And HYMER also offers you the HYMER-europass: the document which gives you troublefree breakdown assistance on all European roads, a service offered free of charge for one year after registration by HYMER in cooperation with ADAC, a member of AA Europe. Tomorrow’s service for today’s vehicles. HYMER side panels are built using PUAL technology - a HYMER patent. The side panels are a unique sandwich construction of marine ply inside, polyurethane foam and an elegant smooth exterior of shiny hot-enamelled aluminium. The panels are manufactured in a single piece, creating a self-supporting side wall of great strength and excellent durability without unreliable wooden framework. The homogenous closed pore foam insulation is absolutely rot-proof as well as being the perfect insulator to keep warm in Winter and cool in Summer (the insulation coefficient of 30mm PUAL is the same as that of a 17“/44cm. brick wall). HYMER caravans are fitted with fresh water tanks (Nova only) and supplied with roll-away waste water tanks for your convenience. The water pipework is mounted in the vehicle itself, to avoid freezing at below zero temperatures. The water taps are fitted with high quality ceramic seals, and HYMERs are fitted with immersion pumps for quiet operation with good water pressure. Everything to ensure the uppermost reliability of the water installation.

All electric cables are fitted in conduits - for easy replacement and easy addition of auxiliary wires if you want to customise the lighting, or add an audio or alarm installation. The on-board power control device is fully electronic so that it will not make that annoying hum when you hook up to the mains. And, to save your battery, the device will automatically cut off all power before the battery gets dangerously low.

It is the attention to small details that really makes a HYMER a joy. For example, the ball bearing runners on the drawers for smoothness or the comfort of the slat bed-frame and sprung mattresses. And to open and close a window in a HYMER you don’t have to open the curtains completely and fiddle with a whole lot of handles: HYMER-Nova windows only have one central lever. The large clear skylights are doubleglazed to keep the caravans cozy in cold weather, but they are slightly darkened to reduce the glare of the southern sun when you go on holiday to the Continent.

But a HYMER is not only technologically a pleasure. The interior has been conceived by specialised interior architects to please the eye as well as being functional. For instance the stylish corner trim, the hand rail at the entrance, the net curtains on guides top and bottom to keep them neat and tidy with the sown in bar to open and close them easily and the moulded washroom (Nova). And of course the careful choice of materials and colours to give the whole interior the gleam of an elegant country residence. It’s a HYMER!
