POWER SYSTEM SPD Surge Protection Box Series Application The surge protection box series are mainly applied for surge protection in the three-phase (singlephase) power distribution system at the protection area between LPZ0 and LPZ1. The protection circuit adopts 3+1 mode with protection of over-heat and over-current. It is with function of local indicating and remote failure alarm such as surge failure alarm and power supply cut-off alarm, besides with the function of impulse counting.

Specification Remarks The circuit breaker current (In series) is 63A. Rated load current in the two ports type is 32A. It can be designed per client’s requirests. The size of connection wire for maximum discharge current of 40~80kA is 22~6AWG (0.7~16mm²); the size of connection wire for maximum discharge current of 100~150kA is 18~2AWG (1~35mm²). Remote alarm port is no-active type: Normal-close; failure-open. The size of wire connection is 26~14AWG (0.3~2.5mm²); Equipped with expansion screw for wall-mounted and bracket for pole-mounted. Impulse counter is an optional function. Please note in purchase order if needed.

Power Sysetm SPD Combined Module Series Application This series product can be used in different power distribution system by combining voltage limiting type module and switching type module via bridge connector. It is installed on 35mm standard DIN rail. It has the functions such as over-current protection, over-heat protection, local indicating for surge protection failure, and remote failure alarm.
