COMMENT Subject is a large business, which was established as a Sole Proprietorship in 1982 by a respectable local businessman and registered as a Limited Liability Company with the founder and his heirs as shareholders in 1998. Since its' inauguration the subject has grown steadily to incorporate several diverse divisions, collectively known locally as Al Sulaiman Group. Our investigations have shown no reason to doubt the credit worthiness of this company. In our opinion the subject should be good for credit figures up to US $ 650,000. Following the recent terrorist attacks which occurred in the USA on Tuesday, 11th September, 2001 and the subsequent speculation that Arabs may have been involved, it should be noted that there may be an increased risk of political action, sanctions or even military retaliation against countries in the region. In view of this, in our opinion exporters to the region should exercise an appropriate degree of caution.
