Delivery terms The prices quoted do not include rental of the stand space, and are subject to VAT. All outstanding invoices must be settled before handover of the stand. (Receipt of payment into our account) Cancellation fees are 25% of order value for cancellation 14 days before the start of the exhibition, 50% for 7 days before, and 100% for less than 7 days. If we receive the order less than 48 hours before commencement of the event, we reserve our right to increase the hire fee by 25 % of the list price valid at the time. You will receive the calculation for our performance within the exhibition period. The established invoice has to be paid immediately in cash or by credit card. Affixing to walls and painting of walls is not permitted. In the case of damage, the full cost of repairs will be charged. Hierbei ist es nicht entscheidend, ob es sich um einen Reihen-, Eck-, Kopf- oder Blockstand handelt. Änderungen in Form und Ausstattung kalkulieren wir nach Ihren Wünschen gesondert. Grafische Fertigungen sowie Zusatzleistungen werden gegen Nachweis berechnet.
The services specified include material rental, assembly and disassembly, plus floor planning and logistics. This applies for whether is a mid-row, corner, end, or island stand. Variations of form and outfitting in accordance with your wishes are calculated as separate items. Graphics and additional services are charged at cost.

Geht der Auftrag später als 48 Stunden vor Veranstaltungsbeginn bei uns ein, behalten wir uns vor, einen Verspätungszuschlag von 25 % auf den jeweils gültigen Listenpreis aufzuschlagen. Die Berechnung unserer Leistung erfolgt vor oder während der Messezeit. Die ausgestellte Rechnung ist sofort in bar oder per Kreditkarte zu begleichen. Standbauwände dürfen nicht beklebt oder beschädigt werden. Im Schadensfall erfolgt eine Berechnung zum Selbstkostenpreis.
