Terms & Conditions:   

Grameenphone will evaluate the proposal as per their policy and has all the rights to accept or reject the proposal. The total amount of sponsorship will be informed upon getting management approval and will be communicated through a written Purchase Order / Acceptance Letter through email. Payment will be settled after successful completion of the program, and we don’t pay any

advance. 

  



Payment will be disbursed through A/C payee cheque/transferred to respective bank account within 70 working days of OTC submission date. o Required OTC Documents:  Original Copy of Bill in English, which will include:  Official seal , sign and date  Beneficiary Name  Bank Account Name  Bank Account Number  Bank Name  Branch Name  SWIFT Code, if available.  Sponsorship amount  NOC from Sponsorship Team  VAT & Tax Opinion from Finance  Respective VAT Record, Challan/Mushok 11 (if applicable)  Partner / Supplier Number  Duly fill up payment sheet  Duly fill up vendor sheet We do not transfer any amount to any personal account. VAT & AIT is applicable on any sponsorship amount as per government rule. We expect organizer / partner submit bill within 10 (Ten) working days after completion of the event, we do not process bill that is submitted after 90 (Ninety) days of event completion date. We don’t sponsor the programs that match the followings: o No clear fit with “Go Beyond” o Conflict with competitors brand profile o More than five co-sponsors / partners o Souvenir or any promotional publications o Donation / Fund Raising / Charity o Politically / Religiously Aggressive/Sensitive Program o Individual Effort of any artist / singer / sportsman o Study Tour / Blood Donation / Reunion o Annual General Meeting / Election o No sync between program modality and organizers profile

o Less than 60 days program lead time We expect to have Grameenphone’s logo presence in all communications of this event as per sponsorship rights. Any public usage of GP logo requires prior approval from Grameenphone’s end to ensure proper brand guideline. Therefore, you are requested to take the necessary approval of all design containing Grameenphone’s logo before final output. Our feedback lead time on any creative is 72 hours. A detail report (pictures, number of participants, spectators, media coverage, GP’s activity and relevant record) is required within 48 hours of the event completion. In case of media coverage, please provide detail media clippings within five days after completion of the event. We expect you to ensure that no other organization involved in telecommunications, ISP and any other relevant business would be present in any form in the program. In case of other co-sponsors / partners, their role, engagement and benefits will be disclosed in detail to avoid any confusion and conflict of interest. We also expect that the contribution of the sponsor is duly acknowledged during the program.

This is an official documentation of the sponsorship and any sort of deviation would be considered as breach of contract, which may be resolved with a monetary penalty. Declaration: I, on behave of the organization is the authorized contact person for this particular program. I read all the points of this application and provided information which is true and correct. I also acknowledge that the contribution of GP for the program is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in this form. I accept and agree to follow the terms and conditions.
