Agreement In return for Autobadges.com products which may be supplied to me under this agreement for use in automotive activities, I do hereby give AutoBadges.com my unqualified consent to publish in any form or manner in connection with AutoBadges.com advertising or for any other purpose, any or all the following: my name, news stories or any item of interest about me. I give this consent fully and without additional cost or favorable publicity and exposure possible. In consideration of Autobadges.com’s sponsorship, I further agree to the following: Exclusively endorse and use Autobadges.com products, to display an AUTOBADGES.COM vinyl logo with minimum size of 1x10 on both sides of the race/show vehicle and/or a 20” Windshield Decal at all times and on all support vehicle and trailers, to have the driver and all crewmembers display the Autobadges.com logo on their uniforms. I acknowledge that I am not an AutoBadges.com employee nor agent and that any action I may undertake in connection with this agreement or with racing, will be taken on my own behalf as an independent contractor. I specifically agree and will hold harmless and release AutoBadges.com, the officers, employees, agents, divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates against any and all loss and liability for bodily or automotive injury, including death or damage to any person or property whatsoever. This shall include, but not limited to me, my spouse, crew or the public, as a result of and arising out of my use of Autobadges.com products, or in any way arising out of the operations of any and all racing/show vehicles under AutoBadges.com sponsorship, personal appearances or as a result of the performance of this agreement.

If you are accepted into the sponsorship program of Autobadges.com you are hereby required to do the following: Attend and enter the sponsored vehicle in at least 6 car shows/events in 1 year Submit pictures after every car show proudly displaying AutoBadges.com products and vinyl decals and/or sponsor boards showing AUTOBADGES.COM Update with any new modifications done to the vehicle, including updated pictures Display/Handout business cards at events attended

This paragraph shall survive the termination of this agreement and shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns. If I breach any terms of this agreement, in addition to any other remedy AutoBadges.com may CHARGE ME and I will promptly pay to Erick Valdez (owner of AutoBadges.com), the market/retail price for any product(s) AutoBadges.com has supplied to me under this agreement. This agreement shall be in effect from the date of execution hereof and shall remain in effect until 1 YEAR (12 months) or until I no longer own the sponsored vehicle, but may remain in effect for the following year with the agreement of Autobadges.com and sponsoree.
