1. P igments containing carmine should not be heated above 100 °C during processing and are partially soluble above pH 7. 2. Not allowed in the mouth- and lip area in the US. Pigments containing ferric ferrocyanide are unstable to alkaline and some salts. Care must be taken when formulating this product in aqueous systems to avoid color change. 3. Contains chromium oxide green and is not approved for use in lip products in the USA and Japan.
