Introduction The compatibility of electronic devices with varrious electromagnetic environment has become an important issue in recent years. Doo Sung has developed the IDA-series Absorbers, manufactured based on our technologies and know-how accumulated. They have the light-weight and flexibility. Much absorption loss provides you with many applications in EMI/EM MC field such as mobile phones, LCD cables, military applications and the SAR issues.

These have been designed to meet m commercial EMI Shielding applications where wide tolerance exist. Especially, p y, the new Gold Fabric Gaskets which are us sing g Gold plated fabric(24Kdex®) can provide better conductivity, minimum oxidation and no allergy to st human body. So, DooSung Fabric Gasket has the bes quality for various applications.
Cushion Gasket Doo oSung has developed EMI Cushion Gasket, NEF Series, NES S Series which is composed of a conductive foam and a co onductive PSA tape. The innumerable cells of foam are plated with Cu-Ni and it is very flexible and provide good SE (shielding effectiveness). The base layer is the highly conductive Cu, with or without an outer layer of o Ni for corrosion resistance. Ni/Cu/Ni coated polyester fabrics offer excellent electtric conductivity, SE and anticorrosion for a diverse range of requirements.

General Expander General Expander is braided from polyester yarn, and its general purpose is industrial/commercial sleeve that balances the mechanical and thermal properties economically. It is very easy to sleeve for protecting and dressing wire and cable assemblies. Heat Shrinkable Shield Tube Doo Sung’s unique Heat Shrinkable Shield Tube (SS Tube) has 2 layers. Outer layer is a heat shrinkable tube for insulation, and inner layer is a flexible shielding material. So. SS Tube shows a good SE, flexibility and proper physical properties for any environment.
Zipper Tubing It is a zip-on type tube, so it is easy to close and open by using specially designed pliers tool. Various sizes are available and can be properly fitted to most cables. Made of soft materials, it can be fitted to any shape and makes a smart appearance. It is easy to inspect and maintain at work. The installation work can be done at the final stage after completing various processes. There will be no need of concern for stocking space at workplace. Various types of materials are prepared and best fitting material can be selected according to the purpose and application required.
It is very easy to sleeve for protecting and dressing wire and cable assemblies. Because of its open woven structure, each size of Expander is enlarged 3 times of initial diameter approximately. The basic material of filaments is composed of tin plated fat copper wire and glass fibers. The copper wire wrap the fiber helically. So, it provides excellent SE and flexibility in wire assembly.
