Search and browse our site to determine the value of your working phone. Ship your phone for FREE with your prepaid shipping label. Receive a check made out to YOU and spend it anyway you want!
Some items may have no trade-in value, but don’t send them to the landfill just yet. If $0.00 appears on your screen, all you have to do is click Accept. We will generate a free shipping label for you so you can send us your device and we will recycle it properly. Key items that will reduce the value of your phone if not done correctly: 1. Disable the FIND MY PHONE app on your device before you ship it 2. Ensure you choose the correct phone type and memory size (e.g. iPhone 4s 16GB vs. iPhone 5s 16GB) 3. Verify that you do not have water damage on your phone 4. Reset your phone password or lock code to 0000 before you ship it 5. STEP 1: From the home page, your first step is to click on

STEP 2: Next, determine what type of wireless device you have by selecting manufacturer first. You have three ways to search. 1. Manually search by typing in your phone brand 2. Click on the brand from the list 3. Click one of the big buttons

STEP 3: Now you need to determine what type of model you have. If you are unsure, most phones will tell you by looking under your General/Settings > About/ Phone menu. Sometimes you can take the battery out (excluding iPhones) and it will tell you there as well.

Again, you have three ways to choose your product. It is imperative that you choose the correct version and memory as that will impact the value.
STEP 4: Once you have chosen the correct device, just answer a few questions and click calculate. 1. What condition is the device in? You can answer either working or not working. a. Examples are pictured directly below

STEP 4: (CONT.) As you validate if your device is working or not working, there are examples to help you clarify. Please click the links shown to verify before submitting (especially as it relates to liquid damage on your phone).

STEP 5: Once you click calculate, you will see the value of the device, which is the amount you will receive. At this time, verify everything and then click Accept.

STEP 6: Now you can either click Add More Items to trade in or Continue to Shipping to finalize this transaction.
STEP 7: Once you click continue, you will be brought to our partner’s site (CExchange) that will handle your trade-in. 1. If you have already created an account, please log in by typing your e-mail address and password then click Submit. 2. If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one by completing all the required information and click Create.
STEP 8: Once you have logged in to your existing account or created a new one, you will be brought to the verify screen. • CExchange will provide you a pre-paid shipping label for your product. • Once they receive the product and validate your submission information and confirm device, you will receive payment within two to four weeks. • You can log in to your account to see where you’re at in the process. To proceed, click Continue.

STEP 9: Now you need to type in your mailing information in each specific box. Finally, you will need to check the box next to: • I have read and agree to all TERMS AND CONDITIONS • I have read and agree to the PASSWORD POLICY Please read the Terms and Conditions and Password Policy by clicking on the link. Once you’ve read both policies, click each box and then click Continue.
STEP 10: Now you get to select how you get paid! CExchange offers several options of payment method: pay you directly (check or PayPal) or donate the value, on your behalf, to one of the organizations listed. Once you’ve made your selection, click Place Order.

STEP 11: Your confirmation screen comes up with your order date and order number; review and then click Print Shipping.
STEP 12: This page is extremely important.
• Review and complete all steps under Prior to Shipping. Not following these steps will impact the value of your device. • Review all shipping directions. • Finally, print your prepaid shipping label.

What happens after you ship your phone to CExchange: • CExchange representatives will verify the condition of the phone as well as type and model. • They will contact you via email if there are any discrepancies. • Log in to your account to get status updates or if you have any questions, please call our Customer Support at 877-743-5893. • If your device has no trade-in value, they’ll recycle it responsibly for free.
Products must be in working condition and able to power on in order to be appraised. Appraisal is offered at the sole discretion of the CExchange Trade & Save Program and is based on the device’s condition, applicable processing fees and trade-in of any included chargers, cables or other accessories. All trade-ins are final. Not available where prohibited by local law.
