Saving points has never been so easy

Choose from great gifts, even faster

As a Premium Club member, you automatically save points through your Belgacom and/or Proximus bill. Every euro you spend brings you closer to your favorite gift!

Every bill provides you with base points How many points do you save with your Belgacom and/or Proximus bill? You automatically earn points for every euro spent on your bill. We call these base points, which are awarded to you on the basis of the bill amount, excluding VAT. You receive 2, 3 or 4 points per euro, depending on your status. Want to reach Silver? In that case, you should accumulate at least 2.750 base points per year. To reach Gold, you need 7.500 base points per year.

Belgacom and Proximus? More services? It’s more advantageous for you! Do you have more than one mobile number and/or multiple Proximus and Belgacom services? Then we automatically count all the Premium Club points together. That way, you save for great gifts even faster.

You deserve a bonus! Bonus points so that you can save more, even faster Take advantage with these six tips 1.

Opt for practical Belgacom and Proximus products and services You receive bonus points each time you activate a service.

2. Increase your Premium Club member status As a Premium Club member, you are assigned Welcome, Silver or Gold status. When you have enough points to attain a higher status, you receive bonus points. If you move from Welcome to Silver, you receive 1,500 points. And when you move from Silver to Gold, you receive another 4,500 points.

3. Request the Beobank Belgacom World MasterCard You receive 1,500 bonus points as a welcome gift. During the first three months, you receive 4 bonus points per euro spent. At the end of this period, you receive 2 bonus points per euro spent. If you pay with your card in a Belgacom Center or via the Belgacom e-shop, you receive 10 bonus points per euro spent.

4. Make purchases in a Belgacom Center or via the e-shop at www.belgacom.be Buy a mobile, Smartphone, fixed telephone or tablet in a Belgacom Center or via the e-shop. Send your bill or proof-of-purchase by e-mail to [email protected] or post it to Belgacom Loyalty, Bolwerklaan 21, Box 22, 1210 Brussels. The next month, you will receive 3 bonus points for each euro of the purchase amount (excluding VAT).

5. Set up a direct debit to pay your Belgacom and/or Proximus bill A practical and quick process that earns you 250 bonus points.

6. Remain a Premium Club member Premium Club rewards you with a loyalty bonus, depending on the number of years that you are in the loyalty program. During the first three years, you will enjoy a bonus of 250 points per year. Starting in the 4 th year, you will receive an additional 500 points per year, and, starting in the 7th year, an additional 1.000 points per year.

Click on ‘My Advantages’ What can you do on your e-Services? • You can view your status and most recent points balance. • You can see the expiration date of your points. • You can exchange your points and choose from the most detailed catalog.

Why call 1910? • You can find out your points balance. • You can exchange your points for free calling minutes via the menu. Your free minutes are available to you within 24 hours.
