GAS currently owns and has in storage two (2) single lift fully packaged General Electric LM5000 gas turbine generator units each nominally rated 32.5 MW (Total 65MW’s). Each packaged unit is built on a structural skid which allows for “fast track” shipment in approximately 30 days from notice of purchase order .



Variable Electric Power & Steam Capability : The two LM5000 Units per Project Requirements can be configured in Simple Cycle Mode ( up to 65MW Electric Output) or Cogeneration - Steam Injected (STIG) or Combined Cycle Modes to 100 MW Electric Output. Steam export supply with duct firing options can produce steam supply up to 450,000 lbs/hr .



Each GE packaged generator unit is a “self contained” module with all necessary accessories which can be quickly transported from Syracuse by truck, ship or air and reinstalled on a slab or marine barge –no heavy foundations or inertia blocks are required. These units are designed for easy interconnection into a utility electrical grid or load center within approximately 90 days from arrival on site. Each GE packaged unit includes the following major equipment and features:



Single lift structural skid with acoustical enclosure for indoor or outdoor installation



GE LM5000 gas turbines that have had major upgrades in year 2009 with new GE authorized replacement parts and/or overhauled modules. Both gas turbines meet GE performance specifications and are configured for natural gas. These units can be reconfigured for #2 diesel oil or dual fuel operation.



Brush Generators with nominal rating of 50MW/13KV/60HZ; Units can be reconfigured for 50 HZ operation if necessary.



Inlet and Exhaust Systems including silencers.



Packaged AC Hydraulic start system and Lube Oil Coolers



Controls, switchgear, and motor control center



13KV/115KV Switchyard GAS can arrange for sale F.O.B Syracuse and include export packaging. GAS will also arrange, if desired, for turnkey shipment and installation services including start –up and operation/maintenance supervision.


