OnviGuard Secure Messaging and Content Delivery Android Application Overview The Android Mobile Application provides a more robust user interface for accessing the OnviGuard system. The Android Mobile Application provides an optimized communication with the OnviGuard service, and an improved user experience through easier and more reliable accessibility.

Using OnviGuard Secure Messaging Android Application User Interface
The Android Mobile Application is available by sending a request to
[email protected], at which time the request will be acknowledged and fulfilled.
OnviGuard Secure Messaging Android Application Login Open and log into the OnviGuard Android application by entering your ID and Password. Note: After exiting the application, the next login will require only your PIN number.

OnviGuard Secure Messaging Android Application Message View and Creating New Messages: After logging in, the application will display a message list for the last folder viewed from the prior session. The default message list view is the Inbox with the Unread messages at the top of the list.

Selecting a message from the message list will open the message for reading.

If the message was received from the Telephone Answering Service (TAS), the Reply button will give the user the reply options of: • Busy • Not Mine • Acknowledged If the message is from another OnviGuard client or a Peer to Peer (P2P) message, the user will have the option of drafting a standard message reply.

After a message has been read it will appear in the message list with a grey background.

Selecting the New Message button allows the creation of new message.

By Selecting the “T” button, you can choose which recipients to send your secure message to, in which multiple recipients can be selected to receive the message.

The Subject and body of the message can now be filled out. Press the Send button to complete the delivery of the message.
After sending you will be returned to the message list.

Messages can be filtered by the following: • Date • Priority • From • Read/Unread If the one of the options is selected twice, it will reverse the order of the messages.

Individual mailboxes can be viewed by the following priority levels: • Inbox • Low • !Normal • !!High • !!!Urgent • Sent

OnviGuard Secure Messaging Android Application Changing Passwords & PIN Numbers: Passwords and PIN numbers can be changed through the Settings Tab. Additionally, the last time the user accessed OnviGuard date and time will be displayed in this tab. The number of messages downloaded by the OnviGuard Android application can be configured. Note: A lower message count improves the app performance.
