SOUND P.A. / MONITORS · A professional-quality Line Array sound processing system should be installed, capable to produce 120 dbs SPL signal in all frequencies at any space of the venue. ACCOUSTIC PRESSURE DURING THE CONCERT MUST BE SET BETWEEN 105-110 dbs, IN CASE OF LEGAL LIMITATIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. · The sound system (P.A) must be placed correctly between the source and the band’s engineers, through prior study of the venue. Promoter must send the auditorium plan to ODB’s technical team, illustrating the situation of the stage and the audience and indicating any uneven ground. · The F.O.H. must be centrally situated in relation to the sound system, with a good overall stage view, on a flat surface at the same level to the audience and at a distance of 20 meters or less. · The monitor desk must be situated at the same level of the stage, FROM P.A. CONTROL VIEW, ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STAGE. PRODUCTION · DRESSING ROOMS · It will be provided 2 independent dressing rooms for the exclusive use of the band and the technical crew. · Dressing rooms should have door locks, giving the keys to the Stage Manager. LOCAL STAFF · The following local support staff will be necessary: · It will be provided a production responsible with full and detailed knowledge of the contract and the venue and with plain power to take decisions, being able to solve any problem or unforeseen factor that can take place during the day of the show. · One electrician. · One sound engineer with full knowledge of the sond system. · One monitor engineer with full knowledge of the monitor system · 2 microphone assistants. · One lighting engineer with full knowledge of the lighting system. · 2 people for loading/unloading to assist the band with the unload and the backline, before and after the show.

SOUND CHECK · The band will need 180 minutes for staging and carrying out the sound test. · The front door, for the audience access, will not be opened without the consent of the Road Manager. If there is any problem unrelated to the group that may delay the sound check, the Road Manager may delay the door opening if deemed necessary. The Stage Manager will have the control for the lighting levels of the venue.
