FABRICE TYACK – France From his earliest youth to now, he’s been moving and travelling from place to place. While he was doing a master of science in agronomy, he was competeted in fitness and became french hip hop champion in 2005. He discovered Yoga years ago and decided to improve iis practice and his knowledge by doing several teacher training, in Paris in Ashtanga Yoga in 2009, in Thaliand with Paul Dalhagan; He was discovered by Tara Stile and became Reebok Ambassador for Strala during 3 years. Certified Yoga alliance from Sonic Studio NY. He’s the only yoga teacher for “ Euroconvention” , wide international fitness convention (Saint Tropez, Barcelona , Vilnius etc..) . He’s pationate about supporting Humanitarian events. For instance, he worked with women before and after the race during « La parisienne » . This huge 3 day event gathered 40 000 women last year in Paris to support the cause of breast cancer. Président of the Association “Yoga Paris Porject” he creates lots of events about yoga and raise fund to send to nursery in India. JONATAN CAÑADA – Spain International Fitness Presenter, National Medal to Sports Merits and 20 times World Aerobic Champion. Expert in Fitness and Wellness, Jonatan became the AntiGravity® Yoga and Fitness Master Developer in Spain, being a Star 2 Level 4 Master Instructor. Currently, he is expanding AntiGravity® in France thanks to Paris Yoga Project. Jonatan is the creator and choreographer of his own Ballroom Dance Program Big Dance, he is also CrossFit L1 Instructor and CrossFit Manresa CoOwner, Spartan SGX coach (Spartan Race Leader Spain in 2014 and 2015), and now is working as Queenax Master Trainer in Spain. TXELL FUSTÉ – Catalonia Txell is Master degree in Physical Education and post degree in sports economics. Bosu® Master Trainer in 2013 at the Meijers International Master Trainer Convention. She is certified in BodyART™, BodyART™ Dynamic and BoydART™ Contact by Robert SteinBacher. Txell is working as AntiGravity® L1 Instructor and AntiGravity® Kids Specific Instructor at CrossFit Manresa and she is the owner of AntiGravity® Manresa, sharing AntiGravity® Yoga around the center of Catalonia. She is also certified by Stott Pilates as Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor. National and International Wellness expert and presenter. Now she is a great program developer where she fusions different disciplines like Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, functional training…to make the participants feel better, opening their bodies and minds and creating a new life style. She has been international presenter and has the great knowledge of engaging people during her events and sessions, impacting in their lives and making life changes all the way.
PAOLA COSTA – FRANCE Paola is the Vice-President of Yoga Paris Project, and she is also Yoga teacher. She is working in Paris in some of the most important clubs and stuios of Yoga like The Yoga Factory, Yoga Village or Les Bains de Lea. Certifications in Ashatnga Yoga, Yoga Vinyasa, and Yoga Pre Natal & Post Natal. She is also certified in MBSR (Mindfulness Based on Stress Reduction). Certified Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, Paola Costa like courses in music, in a continuous, fluid, and centered flow on the breath. The important thing for her is his students out of a serene, calm and refreshed Yoga class. His secret to get there: dose intensity depending on the audience, adapt postures to everyone, and especially to take a moment to refocus on itself. Follower of the meditation MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) method, it always benefits the end of session to finish smoothly with some breathing exercises that make the difference. Passionate about Anatomy, she seeks to understand how the body moves and evolves through the postures. It thus also specializes in Prenatal Yoga as well guided and listened, all pregnant women can enjoy the benefits of this practice, then why not?
FABIAN RIVERO – URUGUAY Linfabian Rivero, native of Montevideo, Uruguay, arrived in Barcelona at the beginning of 2014 wanting to drop the stoves and pans that had him prisoner in the world of hospitality. Lover boy of the sport, skateboarding and soccer, being this much impact and as a result of any other injury, attempted to find a way to keep in shape but this time develop their attention to himself, clean your body and treat yourself to balance. The response to their needs was yoga. He started practicing in Montevideo in the Sivananda school in 2011. Hence continued research, proud with the results obtained. Through the internet, He discovered Center Luke and Maria and the fascinating world of the acroyoga. During time continued practicing and working hard until managed to emigrate to Barcelona and finally practice yoga and acroyoga in the school of Lucas and Maria. In 2016, he made three modules as acroyoga teachers. It is now pending the final training. At the same time, Zoltán (certified teacher in masajethai) hand through workshops, he discovered the wonderful world of massage. Currently pursuing his studies of therapeutic massage and sports massage in the CIM training center of professionals in Barcelona, still very motivated, eager to share and in continuous training.
ANDY BUTTERFIELD – GREAT BRITAIN “I believe that we are already in possession of everything we need to be truly happy and fulfilled in our lives and that we just need to find the ways that help us to see, know and deeply experience this.” I began my journey as a physical therapist back in 2005 and have trained in London, California and India. I am passionate about bodywork, yoga and meditation for they are key resources in building better health, a brighter experience of life and ultimately total peace and happiness. With Shiatsu therapeutic massage/bodywork, I help clients release tension and pain in the body and bring about more flexibility, movement and space. Doing so can help a person go on to find more freedom and space in other aspects of their life and move them towards full health and their true nature. Similarly with Yoga, I work to help students to connect to and increase their strength, flexibility and vitality and feel more at home and more at ease in their bodies. Meditation is the practice of quietening the mind and so uncovering inner peace. I teach easy to learn, practical and down to earth techniques to help students experience the many benefits of this time-honoured practice.
ADRIANA SEGURADO – SPAIN Born in Barcelona, Adriana Segurado Méndez soon left his hometown to know other places. Thus, it is formed in different cities of Spain (among them, in addition to the city of Barcelona, Sevilla, Santiago de Compostela, Bilbao and Gijón). Theatre, music, dance and social anthropology occupied their early formative years. Adriana attended KeepMoving with Mercedes Boronat and she is Certificated as AcroYogaThai Teacher by Yoga Alliance in Barcelona 2015. Profesional classical dancer at the Conservatori de Música y Dansa de Gijón (2014) and different training of Classical and Contemporany Dance: ECA (Escola de Comunicação e Arte) de la USP (Universidade de São Paulo), Brasil; Aerial performancer (silks, trapeze and Chinese pole). Galpão do Circo, São Paulo. (May 2008 – June 2009). Intensive courses around Spain(Escuela Circonove de Santiago de Compostela, Espacio La Karola de Bilbao and l’Espai Gente Colgada, a Barcelona), between 2010 and 2016. Fabián Rivero, her partner, created AcroYoga Thai, and both together they enjoy the discipline they share around the world.
ANA BELÉN GÓMEZ – SPAIN I was a gymnast in the form "sporting art" and I have always been linked to the world of sport. Since 1998 I have prepared in the field of physical activity and health (instructor of supervised activities, fitness, personal training) and I've also taught at different centres. My concern for the human anatomy led me to study different techniques of massage (therapeutic, sports massage therapy, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, traditional Thai massage). Later, I studied two methods of postural work very efficient, Stott Pilates Matt and Active Stretching (SGA). www.nuriavivesanatomia.com. It was when I was a mother, I became interested in deepen and improve the knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum, so I did the anatomy courses and Preparing to Part with Nuria Vives (www.nuriavivesanatomia.com), "periné femenino y movimiento, and the professional training of Parto y Movimiento ® (www.partoymovimiento.com). Since five years ago, I practice the hipopressiva gymnastics as a method of postpartum recovery and as a system of training of the abdominal belt, to which body I formed myself in the Hipopressiu Method, LPF, of Piti Pinsach and Tamara Rial with Low Pressure Fitness (www.hipopresivos.com).

ACROYOGA SOLAR Welcome to the AcroYoga Acrobatic session. AcroYoga is a group and partner practice that combines the spiritual wisdom of Yoga, the dynamics of Acrobatics and the healing touch of Thai Massage. The Solar practice is about empowerment, embodiment, communication, teamwork and trust, In this practice you will cultivate strength, balance, flexibility trough tightness drills, inversion and partner acrobatics.
YIN YOGA Yin Yoga is the perfect and necessary companion to your ‘yang’ (dynamic) practice, but often gets overlooked. It is a more meditative approach with a physical focus much deeper than dynamic yang practices. Stretch-style poses are practiced on the floor often targeting hips, legs and the spine, and are held from 3 mins, to five or even 10mins at a time. A still yet both mentally and physically challenging practice, yin yoga asks students to get intimate with the self, with feelings, sensations, and emotions. An absolute must-try for all.
THAI YOGA MASSAGE The origins of Thai Yoga Massage come from the therapeutic art rooted in the Indian healing traditions of Ayurvedic medicine.
