Nerium Mexico Instructional Document Nerium is coming to Mexico! That’s right, Nerium family – we are expanding our international footprint again and will be open for business by October in Mexico. We are also pleased to welcome our new General Manager of Mexico, Alfonso Todd! Alfonso has over 20 years of industry experience as a marketing director and general manager in Mexico for notable direct selling companies such as: Betterware LTD, Sunrider International, USANA Health Sciences and MonaVie LLC, among others. Alfonso was also instrumental in launching some of these companies in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, as well as in the Hispanic market in the United States. Alfonso shares the Nerium values and culture and is a remarkable addition to the Nerium family. In addition to the great leadership heading up Mexico, we will be introducing our breakthrough international product, OptimeraTM in this market. As you know, our Product Development team spent two years developing OptimeraTM Night and Day Creams. As the only line of skincare products on the market containing the patent-pending SAL-14TM extract, Optimera Night and Day Creams improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles, discoloration, uneven skin texture, enlarged pores, aging or loose skin and help the skin appear firm and youthful. KEY DETAILS ON MEXICO EXPANSION • The official launch date will be scheduled by October. • No enrollments or sales can occur until the official opening. • If you have prospects in Mexico that would like to get started as soon as we open, you can have them sign a Letter of Intent (LOI) and then follow up with them when we open to get them signed up as a Brand Partner. • We will have recruiting events at the following locations – you can tell your prospects now to plan on attending one of these events: o Monterrey – September 17th o Guadalajara – September 18th o Mexico City – September 20th • As we have stated numerous times, Optimera Day and Night Creams will be the only products available to be sold in Mexico - NOT NeriumAD®! • When we launch, all major credit cards will be accepted (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) as well as a cash payment option. All pricing and payments will be in Mexican currency. • When we launch all government regulations will be applicable (CURP and RFC will be mandatory to enroll as Brand Partner). • At launch, we will have a full support system in place for Mexico, including support staff that will be located in Mexico, websites, an Online Business Center, marketing tools, and training in Spanish. • We are proud to announce that our compensation plan will seamless across all markets, allowing all Brand Partners to build a truly global business. I recognize that the terms and conditions of this letter are related solely to my relationship with you, and that this letter in no way establishes any relationship with Nerium International Mexico directly. Terms of this letter 1. I understand that you are preparing to join a network marketing program, but that the Company has not yet completed the design or programming of their Compensation Plan, and has yet to establish the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Independent Brand Partners, as well as the Policies and Procedures that govern the relationship between the Company and those Independent Brand Partners. I also understand that there are many components of the operation and infrastructure of the Company still to be determined before the Company is ready to launch the program in full. 2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, I wish to commit to you being my upline sponsor when the official launch of the network-marketing program takes place. The sole and exclusive purpose of the prelaunch is to allow individuals interested in becoming Independent Brand Partners to begin enrolling other possible Independent Brand Partners and to allocate them in their downline structure once the launch of the Company occurs. I exonerate the Company from any claims for any losses or damages arising from or in connection with the placement of the Independent Brand Partners downline within the structure I establish. I also waive all claims, whether as primary beneficiary, secondary, or according to another legal basis, for any errors or inability of the Company to place me as the sponsor of another Independent Brand Partner as may be indicated in the request and agreement of another Independent Brand Partner in the prelaunch stage. 5. Once the company officially launches the program, I must sign an Independent Brand Partner Agreement from the Company, accepting the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement, Policies and Procedures incorporated in the same, and the Compensation Plan. The terms of the Agreement and the Policies and Procedures supersede the terms of this agreement for prelaunch. I understand that I must submit to the Company its Application and Agreement for Independent Brand Partners within five days from the date of the official launch of the Company (weekends and holidays are included in determining the five-day deadline). Any false or fraudulent registration or information submitted by anyone will result in the refusal of the Company’s Application and Agreement for Independent Brand Partners who submitted the sponsor. 6. I understand that once the network organization is established that you can place me anywhere in your organization that you deem the most beneficial for the organization as a whole. 7. I understand that I will not be treated as an employee of the Company for tax purposes at federal or state level or for any other reason. 8. The Company reserves the right to terminate the prerelease application filed by any person or entity for conduct or any activity that the Company, in its sole discretion, considers to be contrary to the interests of the same.
