Project Description: The project will involve designing and developing a Game Booking for the client. The app will be designed to the very highest standard and will reflect client’s established corporate identity. We would undertake to do the following:
Planning and wireframes (Making the design)
We will conceptualize and design your app keeping your visitors and feasibility in mind Photoshop design of homepage look and feel based on custom wireframes & client suggestions will be given. Up to 2 alternative look-and-feel versions (mock-up) are included in the quote.
Image research Since this is a social networking app, no stock images are required or will be used in the design Contents for the Website Client will provide the soft copy of the contents to be displayed on the app. This includes the entire slogans, write up, explanations, terms and conditions and titles.
Usability training and demo Remote training for admin panel delivered via Skype.. Detailed guide and documentation for the project and its functionalities will be provided Onsite demo will be provided.
Hosting and domain name **Induco Solutions do not provide hosting service and domain name. The client has to provide the hosting details and Cpanel where Online Game Booking website is installed before starting the development.

Xcape.sg is online gaming website. Responsive design with easy navigation , We have different season and games, Customers to website and filter the games for booking. Login with social networking website , Booking within the website Videos, information or upcoming events will be shown in the website Social sharing, reviews & rating for each game Available booking capacity will be displayed along each game description. Administrator who has ability to create, edit, Delete & Archive games.
Frontend
Landing Page Interactive and custom attractive webpage meeting the standards and increasing your brand image, favicon design and submission. It will also show the site map. The website is in English only. For ex: On the main landing page, information about the company and the following will be present. From there, the user can select any main category and will be linked to further sub categories

There are 2 types of users for this website – Gamers and Administrator Customers or gamers roles are all the same The super administrator will be able to assign tasks to subadministrator roles dividing the backend features among them like Create game, Booking and so on.
Advanced search We can also have advanced search, where you can search any or all fields contained for each Game as an example (such as Numbers of Participants, Category, Game & Time ).
Custom search We will have custom search within the website.
Banner (Upcoming Events) Dynamic banner rotator for upcoming events We can also change the banner images and also give caption from backend We will have platform in the backend from where we can resize, change or delete Banner Images and thumbnails by administrator. Banner on the homepage is part of marketing where company can advertise their details to add more members for an event. Embed links and images inside html text description box, which means clicking upon the image it will lead to more information about the images (company). Clicking upon the image it will lead to more information about image in details. Thumbnail navigation bar is displayed when the mouse is rolled over the current banner.

Game Calendar Upcoming Game with details like date, time & Booking This would be done by Administrator. All the expired Games will be moved to archive automatically.
Gift Vouchers Purchase and gift a vouchers to your friends, family. Gift voucher date of expiry can be set from backend All the expired Gift Voucher will be moved to archive automatically.
Site Management Website in one language which are English . Administrator permission system roles and users Content management system for informational page
Booking Management View, edit, create and fulfill orders from admin panel. Create one or multiple invoices. Email Notifications of Orders The users can return the items or report fault by sending email to admin via refund policy.
Service Manager (Online chat) Service Manager is a Live Chat Channel to communicate with your customers in real time. Real time chat can help you improve your business by answering the customer enquiries on spot. Real time chat will also help to change customer perception (if any) thus providing excellent customer service. Advertisement banners The feature can be implemented in advertising The interested provider can submit the ad banner design to the administrator and admin can upload it for them Or the providers have the option to login to the system to maintain their page, and can request for ad posting and upload directly by selecting the position, size etc. Service Provider needs to pay admin based on the ad size matrix The banner will appear at the bottom, side or top of the screen with flicker effect (if needed)
Contact Page For the users of the website to contact the admin for any concerns or queries through a contact form Name Contact information Type in your message/enquiry etc *(Fields in the contact-us form shall be fixed later) Email will be sent to the administrator or concerned person upon successful submission of each enquiry/contact us form.
Newsletters Customers who are subscribing to the website newsletter can get the email newsletter on a regular basis The customers can also choose their favorite categories for newsletter subscription to avoid unnecessary email junks(optional) Mail chimp would be integrated to website Admin has to design the newsletter and do bulk email blasting

Free training session to master all the functionalities with CMS. Administrator login to mark new entries/modifications and monitor the whole process.
Report Centre Admin can view the user activities such as o Packages which each Gamers are choosing. o Total traffic on a daily basis o (Games which have not been booked can be advertise once they see the report ) Admin can export all the reports to excel, csv or pdf or share it with the members of the management.
