Instruction for Main Equipments 1. Warning Signal Light Controler - AMP & MIC
① AMP On - Off Switch (AMP : Amplifier) When the switch is on, the indication lamp ⑪ is on, and then the AMP starts operating. ② Warning Lamp Switch When the switch is on, the indication lamp ⑫ is on, and at the same time, the Warning Lamp outside of the vehicle is flickering on and off. ③ Working Lamp Switch When the switch is on, the Working Lamp outside of the vehicle is on. ④ Volume Control Knob If the knob is turned to the right, it increases the volume and left, decreases the volume. ⑤ MIC Button (MIC : Microphone) When the button is pressed, the MIC begins to operate.

⑥ YELP Button When the Button is pressed, the Police Siren is repeating in a loud-sound and low-sound. ⑦ WAIL Button When the Button is pressed, the Fire Siren is repeating in a loud-sound and low-sound. ⑧ HI - LO Sound Button When the Button is pressed, the Rescue Siren is repeating in a loud-sound and low-sound. ⑨ FUSE If the AMP is not operating, check the fuse and replace it after opening this cap.

① ROOM LAMP Switch (LEFT) & ② ROOM LAMP Switch (RIGHT) When the switch is on, the Room Lamp Light comes on. ③ MOVING LAMP Switch When the switch is on, the Moving Lamp light comes on. ④ VENTILATOR Switch * EXT : In this position, the air inside the room is exhausted to outside. * CIR : In this position, the air inside the room is circulating continuously. * STOP : The Ventilator stops operating. * VENT : The Ventilator Fan is opened for natural air circulation inside & outside. * SUC : The Ventilator starts sucking fresh air from outside. ⑤ AC INVERTER On-Off Switch This Button converts DC12V to AC110, AC220. ⑥ HEATER Switch * OFF : Heater Fan Motor stops operating. * Position "I" :Low Speed * Position "II" :Medium Speed * Position "III" :High Speed ⑦ AC 220V POWER OUTLET ⑧ DC 12V POWER OUTLET ⑨ AC 220V POWER OUTLET ⑩ AC 110V POWER OUTLET

☞ For Your Reference …. * Be sure to fully read and understand following instructions before using this product. * This product is usable in only 2 forms, i.e. , vertically stretched state and horizontal state stretched on the ground and or floor. * When erecting this product in stretch, the length of stretcher may be reduced by erecting back frame and folding the upper frame downwards. * Be sure to use this product with safety belt. * In an unusual situation or loading excessive weight, it requirs additional persons/assistants to ensure safety and convenience.
Instruction for Main Equipments ☞ Information for the Function & Caution of the Main Parts. 1. Guide Handle When lifted vertically, it will be locked automatically. When a patient is on the stretcher, it must be lifted upwards without fail. If locking in ① position is pulled, it will be opened downwards. * CAUTION : Do not shake the handle excessively right and left, or it may be damaged. 2. Adjusting the Back Frame To adjust the Back Frame, grip frame ① by one hand and adjusting handle ② by the other hand. If the required angle is acquired, unfasten the grip and lower it until locking device operates. Be sure to grip by hands until adjusting handle is safely locked and weight is positively supported. * CAUTION : Be sure to lift and lower the Back Frame slowly and to grip it by hands until it is completely locked. 3. Safety Device Safe locking device system is used when putting the stretcher inside. If taking it outside, lower supporter(leg) is stretched and front/rear supporters are firmly fixed. * CAUTION : Be sure to pull forward only when putting stretcher inside the vehicle. If leg is stretched after taking the stretcher out of the vehicle, push to the position of .
4. Vehicle Supporter (Leg) Rack Vehicle Supportet (Leg) Rack ① is fixing device that ensures easy transportation in the place where the stretcher cannot be moved or when ascending the stairs.

Locking Device Installed inside the vehicle, the Locking Device prevents the stretcher from moving right and left when the vehicle is running. * CAUTION : Be sure to lift and lower the stretcher after adjusting the safety device by arrow mark of < Unlocking > and < Locking >. "A" Type
☞ How To Use The Stretcher…. 1. Operating Main Stretcher Don't move it without nurse or assistant. When transporting a patient, guide handle must be lifted and firmly fixed. Besides, the side where head is placed must be at the front when moving. If high obstacle(doorsill) is encountered, push the front wheel or lift it over the obstacle. * CAUTION : When main stretcher is moving forward, safety device must be in < Locking >.
2. Folding and Unfolding Main Stretcher In some cases, it is required to fold and unfold the stretcher even when a patient is on it. Be sure to inform the patient a condition of the stretcher(i.e , folded or unfolded) before moving. To fold the stretcher , the assistants must grip the frame at each end in opposite side and lift the stretcher until wheel is raised from the floor. The assistant at foot side need to firmly grip left and right adjusting handle and lower both ends forward. Then, the stretcher is firmly folded. * CAUTION : To unfold the stretcher, the assistants must grip the frame at each end in opposite side and slowly lift the stretcher until the leg(supporter) is completely stretched.

3. Putting the Stretcher Inside the Vehicle To put the stretcher inside the vehicle, push it toward the vehicle and put both of front wheels on the floor of the vehicle. Move the stretcher until it contacts bumper and pull the safety device upto < Unlocking > position according to the arrow mark. Then, gripping the each corner of upper frame by hands ( palm should be upwards ), push adjusting handle in the position of left and right. And then, front axis supporter is folded upto the stretcher moving inside the vehicle.

* CAUTION ; After putting the stretcher inside the vehicle, be sure to fix the locking device at < Locking >.
4. Taking The Stretcher Outside The Vehicle To take the stretcher outside the vehicle, grip each corner of the upper frame and pull the stretcher outside until supporter ( Leg) is fully stretched. Furthermore, to ensure the safety of supporter, push the safety device to < Locking > according to the arrow mark until it is fixed. * CAUTION ; Be sure to put the stretcher on the ground after confirming the front and rear legs are completely stretched.

▣ Name & Function of Main Parts 1. Oxygen Valve When the Valve is turned to the left, the Oxygen Tank is opened and turned to the right, it is closed. 2. Oxygen Flowmeter It indicates the volume of Oxygen inside the tank. 3. Oxygen Outlet Adapter Humidifying Bottle is connected to this Adapter. 4. Humifying Bottle Fill up 150cc ~ 200cc of distilled watter in the Bottle before use. 5. Regulator Valve When you open the Valve, adjust Moving Ball in position of 3 ~ 4. 6. Oxygen Tank The capacity of Oxygen Tank is 10.2 liter. When the Tank is replaced, separate the Valve from the Tank with a Tool Wrench which is hanged up at the side wall. 7. Tool Wrench
Instruction for Main Equipments ☞ How To Operate the Oxygen Outlet …. (1) Open the Cap of the humidifying bottle and fill up the distilled water upto the level marked on the surface of the bottle. (2) Close the humidifying bottle cap, and connect exactly the humidifying bottle to flowmeter, and then fasten it tightly clockwise. (3) Open the Oxygen Tank Valve. (4) Check the volume of the Oxygen in the tank when the pressure is increasing. (5) Slowly turn the flowmeter control valve to the left and control the figures of the required flowing volume. (6) After passing through the distilled water inside the humidifying bottle, the oxygen containing moisture is supplying. (7) Close the valve of the oxygen tank right after transportation of the paient. (8) Separate the humidifying bottle from the oxygen outlet adapter. (9) Dry the humidifying bottle cleanly, and then keep it in the dry place. * CAUTION ; Be careful to control the oxygen supply to the paient of which pressure is not too high.
