EXCEL Original Butter Recipe, Redskin, Gold & Smart Servings™ Pour 4L hot water (170˚-190˚F) into a 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Add all potatoes, stir for 15 sec. Let stand for 5 min. Stir and serve.

Country Style Pour 1 gal boiling water (212˚F) into 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Quickly add potatoes, stir for 15 sec. Let stand 25-30 min. Stir and serve.

EXCEL Creamy Butter Pour 1 gal hot water (170˚-190˚F) into a 6-inch deep half-steamtable pan. Add all potatoes, stir for 15 sec. Let stand for 5 min. Stir and serve.
