This detailed FRAD-RDA Mapping supplements the general statements that are made in section 1.3 of the RDA Scope and Structure document about the relationship between RDA and FRAD. It shows how each attribute and relationship defined in FRAD relates to the RDA elements.
FRAD-RDA Mapping
The attached table provides a mapping of entity attributes and relationships defined in FRAD 1 to the corresponding element, element sub-type, or sub-element specified in RDA. Mappings to RDA elements that will not be developed until after the initial release of RDA in 2009 are shaded.
