Which direction do I take? Graduates We have designed programmes to build on existing interests, skills and knowledge to develop individuals ready to take on the global challenges within JCB. • Whether your passion is designing innovative new products, understanding customer and market trends, improving manufacturing processes or supporting the aftermarket business, we have a scheme suitable for you. • As a JCB Graduate you can expect to undertake a variety of real business assignments over the 12 - 24 month programmes.

Undergraduate We can offer 12 month ‘Year in Industry’ placements or Summer Placements for talented students who are on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in an engineering discipline. • The ‘Year in Industry’ provides students with a full business induction and 3 placements across our UK sites, plus a bursary per year whilst at University and for those that excel this could lead to permanent opportunities after university. • Summer Placements provide an opportunity to gain invaluable practical paid experience and these placements can lead to consideration for our Undergraduate or Graduate schemes.

Work Experience The 18+ one week work experience programme has been designed for university students; it enables you to experience life at JCB prior to applying for an undergraduate or graduate scheme. JCB will try to place students in departments which suit their skills and interest so that they can gain the most out of the experience.
