BABEL FOR REAL ESTATE MAJOR PROJECTS

Babel Real Estate Company As a direct result of the great boom that the real estate sector has witnessed in jordan, and in addition to the vast flow of foreign investments, babel, through the establishment of its new real estates company, decided to become a part of that dynamic activity by developing the type of project that would contribute to providing an attractive investment opportunity to the increasing number of people seeking such investments. Thus in preparation for this project, out company started acquiring attractive plots of land in different areas of Jordan that are distinguished by their charming locations, great views, clear air, and nice atmosphere. These areas included Jerach, Ajloun, and Debbin.

Al-Sendyan Resort Al-Sendyan resort is our first development project. It is located in Jerash and is about 45 km from Amman. Our plan consists of four stages: The first stage covers approximately 28.000 sq. m. where we expect to build 6 villas with a total area of 350 sq. m. each. Each villa will be erected on a plot size of 5.000-4.000 sq. m. The villas are given a special character using practical and efficient layouts combined with modern building designs. Our building construction will utilize natural stones taken from the same building sites. The villas are also characterized by their high-end and luxurious finishing. Each villa includes a swimming pool, a garden, a number of green grassy areas, terraces, play areas, and fruit treed areas. We are hopeful that our experiences in modern construction and design, and our meticulous attention to detail and quality, will set our first development project as a unique opportunity that stands out above other similar projects. It will combine the best and most modern building construction techniques while presenting designs that are environmentally friendly, with simple, practical, and beautifully spacious floor plans.
