TE R M S A N D C ON DI T I ON S OR DER S Content Jewellery pieces are custom made. Most of our rings are adjustable, however for some designs we will need your ring size for a perfect fit. Please allow 10 working days for manufacturing, as we make all products to order. For orders please email us at [email protected]. We send orders throughout South Africa. All our parcels are being sent per courier at an extra cost of R99 per parcel. We cannot deliver at a PO Box and will need a physical address within South Africa. Content accepts EFT payments. The payment must be made before the order can be processed. R ET U R N S We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, if you receive any product that you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit of the item. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and manufacturing time and delivery cost will apply. Our pieces are made to be functional, but like all jewellery care must be taken when wearing them. We will repair any Content pieces for free within 3 months of purchase, if the repair needed is due to a manufacturing fault.

CA R E All Content products are made from quality silver and brass. Metals naturally develop a surface patina over time, from oxygen, perfumes and skin acidity. Clean your jewellery by simply using a toothbrush/cloth, hot water and sunlight liquid. Lightly scrub over the surface. Rinse in clean hot water and dry the jewellery piece in a soft cloth. 19
