Every profession has its specific requirements and therefore requires individual solutions. Again, we have come up with the solution for a specific problem: eForm. Our online configurator enables you to plan your tailormade rigid foam inlay with the help of an easy, intuitive and clear process. Choose from over 14 ,000 preinstalled tool shapes and 30,000 3D data records from the machining and clamping range. Two types of rigid foam are available for you to choose from. And if a tool is missing from our selection, it can be added simply by scanning it.
Security: An empty space for a tool is easily spotted due to the 2-colour foam. Different colours and thicknesses.

Basic steps
̑̑ Put the following address into your browser: eForm.hoffmann-group.com. ̑̑ Log in or register. ̑̑ eForm does not have to be downloaded or installed, eForm can be opened in the browser. Planning ̑̑ Create your project. ̑̑ Choose your product. ̑̑ Specify the sizes. ̑̑ If not preset, choose your version (2D or 3D rigid foam). ̑̑ Start the near photorealistic rendering configuration of your rigid foam inlay and choose from over 14,000 preinstalled tool shapes and 30,000 3D data records from the machining and clamping technology range. ̑̑ In case a certain tool is not included in the data bank, you can add individual objects / tools.
̑̑ With the 2D scan you can record the contours of a specific tool with a digital camera or smartphone (2D). You can then upload the scan of the tool to your individual customer data bank and start planning immediately.
̑̑ Or you can send us the tool for a professional 3D scan. The tool is recorded as a photorealistic 3D rendering (outline + depth "3D scan").

Finalisation ̑̑ Finally, send your request for quotation and you will receive your individual quote. All you need to do then to receive your tailor-made rigid foam inlay is place the order.
