Apprenticeships An Apprenticeship is a real job, with training, designed for people over 16 and with no upper age limit. It is a work based learning programme, put together to give your workforce the valuable skills your business needs. Dudley College provides the formal training, either at our place or yours, and guidance. On-the-job training is given by you in your workplace. The Apprentice works, studies and learns. Everyone’s a winner.

From September 2014 Engineering and Manufacturing Apprenticeship training will take place in Dudley Advance, the new Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Technology. Ask the Skills Hub team about the great facilities, the state-of-the-art machinery and equipment and the fantastic study spaces and resources.
