INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Section One:

GENERAL INFORMATION

Description Teton County Government (Owner) purchased Cisco Unified Communications System in 2008. While the system has remained fully licensed, we are unable to upgrade past version 8 because of hardware limitations. The project here is to upgrade the system from a Publisher and Subscriber running on two HP DL320-G5 servers to two Business Edition 6000 servers running on VMWare ESXi. The project will require a range of expertise to address all technical issues, including but not limited to: integrate with existing 79xx phones, extensions, voicemail and auto attendant configurations, analog gateways, voice routers, and Active Directory. Purpose Provide hardware and installation services to upgrade existing Cisco Unified Communication System. Submittal Deadline An electronic PDF copy of the proposals must be emailed to [email protected] no later than 5:00 P.M. (MST) Friday April 10, 2015. Emailed copies will be accepted in lieu of paper submittals; however, proposals will not be examined until after the due date and time. Verification of receipt is responsibility of vendor. Submittals received after the date and time specified above shall be considered late and shall not be considered for award. Late submittals shall be returned unopened to the Entity’s authorized representative. Consortiums, joint ventures, or teams submitting offers will not be considered responsive unless it is established that contractual responsibility rests solely with one individual, firm, or corporation. The Owner will contract with one Entity only in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP). Optionally, a sealed original proposal must be received by the receptionist at the following address by 5:00 P.M. (MST) Friday April 10, 2015: Teton County Information Technology 320 South King Street #3594 Jackson, Wyoming 83001
