Proof Approval All orders receive a proof for review and approval. Production cannot begin without proof approval. You will see a first proof within one working day. After proof approval, production time is 15 working days.

Logos Some cards are designed for your logo on the front. Printing is included in the price of the card. Your logo can be printed in full color or in gold foil. First-time setup for gold foil logos is $45. Occasion-card gold foiled logos (page 16) are a different size from Christmas card logos and so incur a separate $45 first-time setup charge.

Signatures Printing your handwritten signatures is at no extra charge. Simply sign a white piece of paper in black ink, scan at high resolution (600 dots per inch), and email to [email protected].

Front imprint Some cards are designed to include your union name, local number, or other information. Use the “front imprint” section of the order form.

Imprint Below the verse, add your personalization. The standard font size allows for four lines of 37 characters per line. Many customers begin with “From all of us at ...” or “From the officers, staff and members of ...”

Imprint Colors Black imprinting is standard, except as noted. For an imprint in red, green, blue or burgundy ink, indicate the color choice above “subtotal” on the order form.

Fonts The Bernhard Modern typeface is used for card personalization. You may also provide digital art for your inside imprint. Email a high-resolution PDF file sized at 5" x 7" (vertical) or 7" x 5" (horizontal).

Envelope Imprinting Orders include blank FastStick envelopes. Envelope imprinting is $32 minimum, .13 each up to 1000 qty., and .11 each above 1000 qty. Envelopes are imprinted in black ink. Additional envelopes are available in lots of 25 for .13 each.

Mailing Services Prepare your mailing list as a Microsoft Excel file and attach to an email to [email protected]. When preparing your list, use column headers which clearly identify each column. Remove any other information from the Excel file. Cards will arrive to you ready to drop in the mail at your local post office. Or, cards can be direct-mailed first class from Portland, Oregon.
